We had received 2 other quotes and felt most comfortable with the explanations given by Mark regarding the problems with our existing drainage system. In his Contract he specified that he would obtain any permits needed, which had not been mentioned in the Contracts from the other companies.
The work went smoothly and according to the schedule Mark outlined. Everyone was very efficient and I was kept informed of the progress of the project. The work site was cleaned up every day and at completion of the job. We don't know whether or not the new drain and pump will prevent another flood since there has been no heavy rain since it was installed. But judging by the depth of the trench and the new pump, and the professionalism of everyone involved, we feel confident that it will do the job.
