Window Service, General Remodeling
Awful. Steve Schleder and his company HARP Company (Historic Architectural Restoration & Preservation) was a nightmare.
Schleder did not complete the work as contracted. He did the restoration on the windows, but did not re-install them correctly. When the project was "complete" my windows didn't close, didn't have any hardware on them, and didn't work properly.
Furthermore, he was awful at communication, didn't use a cell phone, and would be late by 3-4 hours or not show up at all.
Total nightmare.
