They promised to come and check it out after the job was done, but they never came so we are not happy with their work. I did not like that the payment was to be made before the job. They did a great job, but they did not finish their job. The price could have been lower according to the job done.

I THOUGHT LOWE'S WAS VERY GOOD. I PICKED OUT CARPET, AND THEY HAD THE CARPET INSTALLED, IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY, AND THE WORK WAS DONE IN A SHORT TIME PERIOD.

I FELT AS THOUGH THEY JUST DID NOT CARE ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT. THEY USED A CONTRACTOR WHOSE WORKERS COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, AND DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS. THEY WERE NOT ON TIME, AND THEY WERE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE IN REPLYING TO MY REQUEST. THEY FINISHED INSTALLING THE OPENER IN LESS TIME THAN THEY HAD ESTIMATED.
