Omar and Sami came, checked the unit, found a burnt out starter and the wrong size capacitor and replaced both, as it was under warranty from recent previous repair. Very professional, quick and efficient team - I recommend this company without reservation

The two men who came out and fixed our furnace were on time and knowledgeable about covid-19 safety measures (greatly appreciated). Overcharged for a small work

They came out on the weekend during COVD19 when we had an emergency, and helped us when we couldn't get anyone else to even call us back.

Servicemen were punctual, polite, wore shoe coverings, and cleaned up after the job completed. I had a furnace repair.

They came and connected the thermostat which is working well. Both gentlemen were very nice but were very expensive. I asked for a business card and did not have one, he said all information is on the invoice. We paid with Visa card right after they finished and my husband singed on a tablet. We never got a hard copy, I thought perhaps they were going send it email to us but no such luck. We have no proof of paying them or prove of the work guarantee. My husband called them but have not got an invoice from them. NOT HAPPY

They came when they said they would and did the job immediately. We re happy with the results.

I was not really certain I got the best deal on a new pilot light assembly, but I trusted them. They were very nice and respectful. I would hire them again.

The two guys that came to do the job were friendly and did what it was supposed to be done. What we really weren t expecting was the high price they charged for not much work done . Beside the fact that the price was not explained to us when I first contacted them, it went from $379 to $498 with all the fees they charge. I was very surprised with the amount charged , but had to pay anyway. It would have been helpful if they had broken down the price when I called so I could choose to go forward or not.
