"I Purchased 2 garage doors ans 2 side gates in 2020. right after they were installed i started having multiple issues, door hinges getting lose and doors not closing, or getting stuck to the point that you cant even open. wood started cracking everywhere and expanding, stain fading , garage doors making all king of noises and uneven with gaps in some places, gate doors being uneven , door locks not working or even operating . i can post pics and videos for days. Owner is in complete denial and refuses to address the issue. initially when i saw their reviews i addressed it with them and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they will do the right thing but reviews turned out to be very accurate. I filed a complain with Contractors licensing board and come to find out his license is already suspended due to not addressing someone else's issue and almost 25K in reimbursement . you don't believe me go check it out yourself. I filed my own complain and hopefully he will take me serious otherwise i will be suing him and his company. i have messaged him multiple times , sent emails and gave him some time to address the issue and i suggest anyone else that isn't happy with the company to do the same. they clearly like ignoring after taking your money. I spent over 25k in very low quality parts and labor with poor service after. here is the link to file a complaint . [*** Link removed ***]"
