The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, and so I went back to the company to try to get a refund for them. My children who slept on them said they were so uncomfortable that they would rather sleep on the floor! They were convex and that is what I believe made them so difficult to sleep on. They refused to give a refund or even exchange them, so I ended up having to throw them away and go elsewhere. It was terrible customer service and I bought some new ones elsewhere. I do not recommend this company for mattresses to anyone!
