RZ Custom Painting Co.'s Exterior Painting Scope: 2.5 story shingled house that required power washing, masking, various painting techniques: spraying, roller brushing, and detailed brush painting (balcony, eaves, soffits, window & door casings). Roy was prompt coming out to meet us for the estimate. He submitted a reasonable competitive quotation with a suitable timeline. He gave practical advice on the type of paint that would be long lasting for our shingles. Our original shingles had a white wash semi-transparent paint that I wanted to duplicate but after 15 years of Marinâ s harsh weathering with mildew drip stains, Roy strongly recommended a slightly more opaque finish, in order to mask the old stains. Initially, we were unsure seeing the paint samples, but are so happy with the result, our house looks great â like new! On site, RZâ s Team Marvin A & Marvin B and Co. were excellent! They were super professional, detail oriented, thorough, and efficient without compromising quality. I noticed how tidy they were during the entire day and at the end of each shift, they cleared and cleaned up prior to leaving. The team were always responsive and helpful, not to mention with a great sense of humor. I would hire RZ again and highly recommend them to anyone, friends, and family!
