Raul was perfect! Very courteous, very nice, very funny. He is an all around great guy. He was on time! And if he was running late he called you right away. He did his job very well! The owner, Rafael responded quickly to my request on a Saturday before Easter Sunday. My project was a very basic unclogging of a kitchen drain for a old home, via outside access. He asked a few questions, got to work and was done quickly. No up-selling, straight forward. While the fee seems like a lot (he was lowest of all who contacted me) I appreciate it was on a weekend, 1hr response time, had the right equipment, over 20 years experiences- knew what to do and how to do it. Clean truck, polite manner, don t let his baritone voice scare you :)

Rafael Alvarez was at my home within one hour after I explained my problem with a stopped up kitchen sink. He fixed the problem by snaking and power washing out my drain line in short order. Reasonably low priced and very satisfied with his work.
