Both father and son are experienced and knowledgeable. They seem up to date on current codes and products. They were quick to start and finished installing two difficult water heaters in half a day. They had to make some small adjustments because of our old house which were done well

Rafael was so helpful, easy to work with and knowledgable. He called us within fifteen minutes of requesting a quote, was able to come out first thing in the morning. He walked us through every step of what he was going to do and thought about ways to save us money while ensuring our issue was fixed. Highly recommend!!!

I wanted to change to a tankless electric water heater. He explained all the electrical upgrades that I would have to preform. So I decided to go with a standard electric water heater. Performed the job very quickly. Did a nice job.

John was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the installation of our items, and returned the following day when a minor leak was detected. He then replaced the shut off valves which were not part of the original job. I will definitely hire them again.

I found Rafael very knowledgeable and professional. In a very short time, he was able to figure out my problem. Another plumber had come multiple time and couldn't figure it out. He was willing and able to work with me and my insurance company to plan a way to fix it. I would use him if I ever need another plumber.

I have used My Plumber Inc before and they are always responsive and ready to perform their jobs in a professional manner. Rafael and his son Junior are always friendly, courteous have reasonable rates. The job was done proficiently and they are very knowledgeable. I will definitely call on them if I have any plumbing issues.

An experienced plumber that takes his time to think out the best way to repair your problems with options no rush job here Rafael really concerned about the quality of his work explained every point of repair carefully. I appreciated his guidance as I may have incurred future plumbing problems with out knowing but his good eye pointed out some fault s I didn t notice I highly recommend my plumber.

Do good job

Rafael came over to look at the job and it looked like it would be quick pipping job. Not so quick first touch on the pipes and it broke off in the middle of the pipe. Pipe was paper thin and no where near the schedule 40 pipe that it should have been. That's what forty plus years will do to pipe that is in concrete. Job took longer than Rafael first expected due to challenges with the existing piping and he also need another person. But Rafael rose to the occasion when challenges arise. Rafael and help did a great job and finished in a few hours. I would hire him again without any concerns that the job will be done right and in a short period of time.

Think the charge was a bit to much for the job that was done

They were courteous but I felt the charge was abit much for cleaning one drain.
