The service was excellent.  They came to my house 2 times, once to diagnose the problem, and once to fix the appliances with the correct parts.  Both times they were early which worked out great.  No complaints.  
Forgot to mention Angies List after I paid them.  Gave them a call and they sent me a check for 10% of the bill.

The technician arrived toward the end of the time window, and spent less than half an hour identifying the problem and fixing it. I would have been happy to pay for his services, but, get this: They didn't charge me a penny.  I have to say that again: Zajic's did not charge for this service. The technician claimed that this particular problem was commonplace for this model Maytag (a defective drain pipe from the freezer section) that Maytag was aware of it, and he was going to get reimbursed from Maytag -- even though the warranty had run out. I had to pinch myself, but it was true: the receipt says "No Charge". The lesson? These are, without doubt the guys you should call if you have any appliance issues.  Clean. Punctual. And, yes, honest -- and looking out for YOU. I would recommend Zajic without reservation.

Zajic is amazing, and if I could give 10 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. My terminology isn't very good, so please bear with me as my objective is to convey the level of service I received. I had them come out because my 10 yr old dishwasher wasn't draining. Turned out it was a simple clog, so the gentleman cleared the line and ran a cleaner through the machine. It went through one full cycle with no issues, but the next day it was making a horrible rattling noise. Omar came out and discovered a piece of small plastic or glass (I've broken a few wine glasses in the dishwasher lately) made its way into the pump and burned it out. The part had to be special ordered, and the cost plus labor was going to be $300, but since I can't buy my color dishwasher anymore I reluctantly decided to spend the money to fix it. The service manager called me the day before my install appointment to tell me they found the same pump in their shop for much less if I was interested. Of course I said yes:) When Omar came back to replace the pump, the part numbers matched but the fit wasn't quite right, so he took my old pump and the replacement back to their shop to try and modify it to fit properly. A few days later Omar came back and installed the pump and I paid for the repair which was half of my original quote. How often does it happen that a repair is half of what you were originally quoted? My dishwasher ran beautifully for half a a cycle then stopped...no power at all! I was beyond frustrated because I thought the worst....that maybe the panel had gone out - and that is a very costly repair. I called Zajic again and they sent Omar back to my house first thing the next morning. I worried for nothing, as it turns out that when the pump burned out it also caused a fuse to go bad which Omar replaced...FOR NO CHARGE!!!! I was fully prepared to pay for the labor and parts since this was a domino effect and was completely unforeseen when the pump was replaced. Zajic ended up coming to my home FIVE TIMES and only charged me for the initial service call and the subsequent pump repair. I realize that time is money, yet they went out of their way to fix my dishwasher right and to keep my costs low. I've dealt with many repair companies over the years, but no longer. Zajic is now my "go to" place! Thank you!!!!

Outstanding service!  I initially called for an estimate on a repair for a tenant's burnt out oven and thermostat.  The estimate on the repair (lower than other bids) was over half the cost of a new stove so I chose to replace the stove.  I called on the morning of 1/27.  The stove was installed on the afternoon of 1/28.  The tenant was very complimentary about the installers.  "Quick and clean"  With the Angie's discount, Zajic's price was slightly below Home Depot with MUCH faster installation.

They were responsive to my inquiries and prompt on appointment day.They were quick, friendly, cleaned up and very professional.

Up and running - so quite well.  Responded promptly to request for service.  Came out at appointed time.  Quickly diagnosed problem and ordered part.  Part came in within 2 days.  Returned to install and complete repair.
Technician (Justin) polite and patient, explaining what he thought and how he was proceeding.  requested approval for each step.
I am happy and wife is very happy.  (Wife is clean clothes freak.  Washer is running as I type.)

I'm very happy to have found Zajic.  Brian (the technician) was very polite, professional and quick.  I have no doubt I will call Zajic again when/if i need appliance repair or installation in the future.
