I'm very happy to have found Zajic. Brian (the technician) was very polite, professional and quick. I have no doubt I will call Zajic again when/if i need appliance repair or installation in the future.

Very professional and communicated actions to be taken ahead of time. Showed the situation, what was wrong, and worked very quickly to resolve to not incur additional charges.

They came right out and took care of the problem. I used them twice. I'd recommend them to anybody. They were right out and very professional. I will definitely use them again.

I am in need of fixing my wine cooler and requested their services. Through communication with their representative, he said he will book me for an appointment on 11/11 in the am, morning time. Through several confirmations, the service was to be done in the morning because I want to spend time with my family during the holiday. After waiting patiently throughout the whole morning, no one showed up. After many hours, with no confirmation call to me, I called them, and they messed up. I just wasted several hours of the holiday that could of been spent with family. A bad experience with this company.

My family has used Zajic for many years for our own homes and rental properties. Service is always prompt, courteous and pricing fair. In the case of older appliances, if cost of repair borders on ridiculous compared to the cost of a new model, they can remove the old, bring in the new and credit you for the original service call. Appliance service and sales are a pleasure instead of a nightmare. Highly recommended.

Fantastic helpful advice for free--

Very responsive and able to coordinate with my work schedule, clean, courteous service tech.

I had a built-in Whirlpool microwave oven that stopped working. The oven was discontinued. Since it was a custom install it would have cost a lot of money to replace it. It was a Saturday and I called Zajic Appliance and they told me to come right over. They had it fixed in less that two hours for a very reasonable price ($83.00). To buy a new microwave oven and pay for the custom venting and trim kit would have been a minimum of $500.00. They saved me a lot of expense and worry. I highly recommend them.

My washing machine would fill with water and empty but not agitate. I emailed Zajic via Angie's Liston Thursday afternoonand they answered in a few minutes to set up an appoint for the following morning. The repair guy showed up a bit earlier than the appointment time (nice - this was much appreciated by me.) He examined the washing machine determine it wasa broken part and replaced it. He did a great job of showing and explaining to me what was wrong, what was nended, and the cost. Outstanding work by Zajic. Will definitely hire them if anything else in my house breaks.

I bought 5 Kitchen Aid appliances from Zajic last spring. I had spent months shopping and had compared products, prices and services at all the appliance stores in the Sacramento region. Christopher was outstanding in patiently providing great details and comparisons of models and gave me an excellent price on my appliances. Then, because of delays in my kitchen remodel, they stored all the appliances for months. My cook top later malfunctioned due to a manufacturer defect and Dave came out for repairs. He not only replaced the module that was broken but also replaced the top that was chipped and also repaired and cleaned up the poor installation job done by my contractor on two more appliances. They are a very professional family owned business. I highly recommend them.

Richard was professional and polite and set up a next-day appt for our dishwasher service. They showed up within the two hour window, fixed the problem, and the charge was very reasonable very satisfied!

The work was done on a rental and the tenants were satisfied. When I originally called I was told the repairman would check out the oven and if was something simple under $50 they would fix the problem, if not they would give me a call. They called and let me know that the oven needed a new thermostat and that it would cost around $300. I stated that I should just buy a new stove but the repairman said that the stove was not in that bad of shape and he would recommend the repair since a new stove would rum me $500 to $700. I agreed to the repair, a few days later I saw ne gas stoves on sale for $400 and used ones for under $150. I should have just bought a new stove. I felt like the repairman wanted me to have the work done and talked me out of a new stove.

They're knowledgeable and have been around a long time. They're dependable and they're the only ones left in town.

They were really good. They met the price of competitors for the dishwasher. They were suppose to install the dishwasher too, but because of my plumbing they had to hire another contractor to install it. This was roughly the same cost, but a separate fee. They helped me get everything in place and working.

Justin came out on June 13th and did diagnosis and troubleshooting. He knew we were under a time constraint, so he worked really fast to get out quickly. He had to order the part. When he came out on June 18th, he was again very efficient, polite, and courteous. The reason I rated punctuality as "good" as opposed to excellent is because when I called to find out a 'window' of when Justin would be coming to the house, I was given a window. At 90 minutes after the end of the time window, I called. The dispatcher didn't know that I was given a time estimate. When he heard that I was given that window, he had the technician come out immediately.

Great company! I called and got an appointment for the next day with a two hour window. Justin came and listened to my description of the issue and then offered possible causes. He explained what he was doing while I observed. He determined the thermostats both needed replacing and perhaps the heating element and gave me an estimate. I agreed and he replaced the parts confirming he was using new parts. Justin was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at his job. I will use Zajic again and asked for business cards for my file.

My refrigerator stopped working at my rental property. I called expecting to have to wait for the repair. They apologized for not being able to come out that day! Gary arrived on time the next day and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He quickly fixed the problem, double checked his work, cleaned everything up. Will definitely use them again.

Justin was very competent and professional. He clearly explained what he was doing and why. I wish all service techs were as good as he.

I had just moved and was in need of an electric dryer. A friend had recommended I stop in a Zajic and see what they had available versus buying a new dryer since I had just spent a lot of money moving. I visited their store and the staff was quite friendly and explained how they go about refurbishing equipment and that all of their dryers come with a 90-day warranty. I went ahead and purchased the dryer and they delivered it and set it up for me and were extremely professional. I never had a single issue with the dryer and it lasted for more than four years until I sold it on Craigslist when I purchased a new one. I would definitely go there again.

Gary came out to fix my refrigerator door and oven element. He did a fantastic job. He was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He thoroughly explained each of the issues and the repairs needed. He even took the time to show me how to pull out my oven burners for proper cleaning. It was the best appliance repair experience I have ever had and, as a result, I will be calling Zajic for all of my appliance repair needs going forward.

Great! Older dryer will prevent the costly replacement of a new dryer.

I Called Zajic Appliance and spoke to Natalie regarding the repair of my dishwasher. I advised her of the rubber stripping that was detached from the door. She asked me to email her a photo, and she would give me a estimate. I sent the photo. She said she knew which part it was, would order it and would call me when it comes in to set up an appointment. Additionally she offered me the 10% Angieslist discount. We arranged for the Tech to come out a few days later. David arrived on time for the appointment with part in hand. He tried to replace the part, however the part ordered was wrong. So, while this was not David's fault, I had to wait to have the dishwasher repaired. This is a good reason to have someone come out for an estimate instead of giving one over the telephone. While David was trying to repair the dishwasher he notice the screws that held the dishwasher to the plywood were missing, and the footing was unbalanced, without hesitation he repaired them for me. David was personable, professional and seemed very knowledgeable about my specific dishwasher. David returned to the company, ordered the correct part, and was back soon after for the repair. I would definitely have Zajic come out again, and I would ask specifically for David.

We always buy our appliances at Zajic, not only because they have competitive prices and excellent service, but also because they back it up with quality in-home service when it's needed.

I would rate them excellent. My washing machine had full of water and it wouldn’t stand. They did it real quick, real time, and courteous. They came when they were supposed to. They were appliance people using kind of tale and how they showed up the situation or how to diagnose it. They seemed to know what they’re doing and I don’t really research it on the internet. They didn’t have to go through some of the steps, they would tell me how to fix it myself and I wasn’t comfortable to do it. They were very nice. I checked their ratings and the “A” ones could be that kind of stuff and the cost probably but it might have been more for the rating. Their price was good and reasonable coz I expected to pay them more. I couldn’t think of anything wrong with the guys. I would use them if I get any chance.
