Peterson Walkes came to give us an estimate. We were given a 10% senior citizen discount. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. We called the office in the afternoon and asked for the work to be scheduled. A crew of 3 men arrived on 9/4. They did a very good job and left the area clean of any debris. We were very satisfied with the work.

I got three quotes and they were the most competitive in terms of price. They did a pretty thorough job and the tree looks nice. They could have done a little better on the clean up. They did a small amount of damage to my neighbors fence. They did fix it though.

Wow! I have to say that I have rarely, if ever, had such good service. I called at 8am and was told they couldn't come out for an estimate until 10am. At 8:30am, they called back and said they were rearranging their schedule and would be here by 9am. The estimator arrived on time, gave us a very reasonable estimate of $500, and arranged to have the tree removed that afternoon. When I returned home later that afternoon, the tree was gone and the yard was immaculate. They sent the bill in the mail and it was less than the estimate! The entire experience dealing with this company was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. Rarely have I encountered such a professional, efficient, and pleasant operation.

They did a great job! I was happy with the service. They did exactly what I asked them to do. They came out with in reasonable time. They returned all my phone calls. They were very friendly. I will use them again in the future. I would recommend them to anybody. They were the lowest out of three bids.

The company was very professional and did an excellent job pruning the tree and fitting the brace. Moreover, the workers tip-pruned a smaller tree adjacent to the braced tree for free. The job was done as scheduled and the customer service person I spoke to was very courteous and professional.

Overall they did a fabulous job at a fair price. After my call someone arrived within an hour to asses the job and give me an estimate. An efficient and courteous crew showed up that afternoon and finished the entire job in about two hours. They were fast and clearly knew what they were doing. After they finished they cleared up all debris, chipped all the branches and hauled off all the large logs. They even completed a little extra worked I asked for at a nominal fee. When they were finished the only sign that they had been there was the missing tree and foliage. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

How can you beat free advice? We plan to hire them to do some trimming of our Willow tree. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about how to care for our trees.

They did a good job. They quoted and charged for the entire backyard but they really didn t clean up the ivy s very well. When you leave them all over the ground they re-grow anyways so it wasn t much help. They cut down my mother's rose bush to the point that I had nothing left. They did the same thing to my lemon, tangerine and mandarin trees. They did things that are not fixable.

They had to call the county to get permission for removal of the tree limb but they took care of all that themselves. The limb was creaking, groaning and hanging over my deck so they carefully lowered it down on ropes and removed it. They were professional, efficient and cleaned up their mess afterwards.

Ruben gave me the estimate in the morning, and the crew was out that afternoon to perform the work. They removed both trees and ground the fan palm stump. We had to wait to grind the tulip tree stump until all of the underground utility lines were marked. When they were I notified the office and the crew came out and completed the work. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Tree Tech Services showed up the day after I submitted an online request for an estimate. They then checked with my city to see if I needed a permit (we didn't). They scheduled the job for the following week. The tree workers showed on time and they did an excellent job. The guys cleaned up so well after themselves that you wouldn't know any tree work was ever done. And the trees look wonderful. The only problem that occurred was when a large branch came down awkwardly and hit the rain gutter. I should be able to hammer the dent back into place. Otherwise, I was very happy with their work.

They sent three people out to do the work and the job went relatively smooth. Their price was the least expensive we found and yet they did a great job on it. Everything was cleaned up really well afterwards.

All of my contact with this company was satisfactory in that I found them to be professional and responsive. They did not, however provide me with a satisfactory estimate, so I did not hire them. In fact, their estimate included extra fees and surcharges that I thought were excessive and that I did not receive in the estimates from other service providers.

I called the company for a bid on the removal of the tree because the roots were tearing up my driveway and headed for the raised foundation of my house. Jeff Ball came out, looked everything over, asked if I wanted to keep the wood from the tree, the stump grindings, etc. and provided me with a written estimate of the work to be performed. When I called back, after interviewing two other companies, they scheduled the removal of the tree for the next day. Their crew showed up on time, were very polite, answered any questions I had, and completed the job to my satisfaction.

I was very pleased with this company. All contacts were friendly and helpful, from the first phone call to the estimate to the crew who came out to do the work. The cost was $400 cheaper than an estimate I got from another very reputable tree service in town, and I appreciated the senior discount. I will definitely use this company again.

It went well. I was given a written estimate with both the cost of removal of the tree in the front yard and just the pruning of the tree. I did not have to be present to receive the free estimate. The estimate was well written and explained all the terms. I called to schedule the tree work and was told that a scheduler would call. It took them about a week to schedule the work and then I was given a date. I did not have to be present when the work occurred. I was told they would bill me for the service. I received a phone call asking if the work was done to my satisfaction.

I cannot imagine how I could be more satisfied with any job. From beginning (scheduled appearance of an arborist to give me an estimate on what was needed) to end (the performance of the work) all was more than satisfactory. From the person with whom I talked on the phone, to the person who came promptly to assess the needs of the trees and make an estimate of the cost, to the crew who came earlier in the day than scheduled (in order to stay ahead of predicted rain) - all were personable, polite, and professional, from beginning to end. To say that I am pleased with the whole relationship would be the understatement of the year. And I almost forgot: An unexpected bonus was the senior discount of nearly 10%! Thank you for helping me find somebody to do the job right!

Their service was perfect. I immediately called to set up an appointment for an estimate. They arrived on time for the estimate and were professional and knowledgeable. They were concerned about the long-term health of the oak trees, which I appreciated. I had the county inspection in two days. They arrived to do work on time and crew was efficient and completely cleaned up the area. The Arborist came by to be sure work was going well. They were completely satisfied. I would have had trouble finding and evaluating the company without Angie's List.

It went very well. The three workers arrived early and worked diligently. They communicated well with us on certain branches that could stay or go. They cleaned up their work cite well and we are pleased with their work.

They were very professional, did a great job, clean up was excellent, and I thought the price was fair for all the work they did. I would not hesitate to call them again. The best thing is, after I signed the contract, they came, did the work, and I didn't have to be there. They missed taking out one bush. When they called to see if I was happy about the job, I mentioned the bush. They made a point to call me back and make arrangements to remove it. This is after I had paid them in full.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. However, their quote was more than 100% higher than others. ($550 vs. $250).
