"Our customer's complete satisfaction comes first."
(He said, "I am not going to eat the cost of a window and a door." She said, ?F*ck you; sue us.?)
"At all times, we perform all of our work as contracted."
(They not only didn?t get the dimensions correct for both products we ordered, they also refused to go to their own binding arbitration, both of which were their contractual obligations.)
"As everyone is aware, there are simply individuals who will not accept a view that is contrary to their belief."
(This isn't about belief because a contract is an agreement and numbers are real. This is about their error.)
"With respect to this particular customer, he recently hired The Window and Door Shop to replace an existing door in an existing opening."
(I did, with the stipulation the door and window would have a top line level with the rest of the house ? because we were replacing short doors, and given Warren's stipulation "an existing door opening" meant he "didn't need to carve into the beam" -- his own words -- which would cost extra. He didn't need to carve into the beam -- he only needed to measure correctly.)
"The work was accomplished as requested based on the terms of an approved order, and an agreement signed by the client. "

"Our customer's complete satisfaction comes first. At all times, we perform all of our work as contracted. As everyone is aware, there are simply individuals who will not accept a view that is contrary to their belief. With respect to this particular customer, he recently hired The Window and Door Shop to replace an existing door in an existing opening. The work was accomplished as requested based on the terms of an approved order, and an agreement signed by the client. Due to the work being completed to his satisfaction, the client paid our bill in full. He subsequently decided he wanted a taller door. Because of this, he approached us with threats that if we did not give him a taller door, with the required revised framing and installation at no charge to him, he would make our lives miserable. Despite completely fulfilling our contractual obligations, we had agreed to refund him his money and simply asked that he refrain from activities meant to harm us, since didn’t do anything wrong. He has refused to do so and has continued to threaten us with excessive profanity and disrespect. Please accept our apology for your being subjected to this matter, and we ask that any decisions you make about us be based on direct interaction with our company."
