I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME. THEY GOT RID OF ALL OF THE COCKROACHES AND SPIDERS IN THE HOUSE. THEY CAME ON TIME LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY WERE SO PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT MAKING MY HOME ANT AND SILVERFISH FREE. THE PRICE FOR THE SERVICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SO THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS WORTH THE MONEY.

WE HAD CALLED THE COMPANY BECAUSE WE HAD AN ANT PROBLEM. THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND TREATED THE SMALL YARD AND PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE. WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM SINCE. I LIKE THAT THEY CALL ME TO REMIND ME IT'S TIME FOR A TREATMENT.

Our Terminix representative is punctual and hits every crack and crevice with the exterminating chemicals. He is easy to talk to and available for questions. He also gave us glue traps for a potential mice problem.

I HAD NO ANT PROBLEM BEFORE HIRED. AFTER SPRAYING, HAD HUGE ANT PROBLEM. HAD THREE NO SHOWS FOR RETURN. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD AND NOW I NO LONGER USE THIS COMPANY.

THEY FOUND MINOR THINGS WRONG. THEN THEY RETURNED WITH TWO PEOPLE. ONE OF THEM DID MINOR REPAIRS ON ROOF BEAMS, WHICH TOOK ABOUT A HALF HOUR. THE OTHER PERSON SPENT THE TIME HERE ON A CELL PHONE ON A PERSONAL CALL. THE $600.00 THEY CHARGED ME WAS OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. IT REALLY FELT LIKE A RIP-OFF. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL FOR A HOME INSPECTION.

TERMINIX TALKED A GOOD GAME AND HAD A NICE TECHNICIAN, BUT NEVER DELIVERED ON THE PROMISE OF ENDING OUR SAGA WITH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR PESTS THAT WERE PALGUING EVERYONE IN THE AREA. WE SWITCHED COMPANIES (TO A COMPETITOR) AT THE END OF OUR CONTRACT AND IMMEDIATELY SAW MUCH BETTER RESULTS WITH THE NEW COMPANY.
