They come every three months.  They no longer come in the house.  They did that years ago.  They just come in the house and spray inside.  It is free of spiders and critters.  The termite inspection is kind of a free service.  They never charged me for that.  They warn me about any areas that I have to clean out if I get piled up.  They spotted some roof rot a couple of years ago which I had fixed.  Their service is very prompt.  I had regular service that I am completely satisfied with. I am basically bug free and I think their price is fair.

When you call them there is no more than a day wait. The technician that comes out to perform the service is clean, professional and neat.

They spray outside and under the eaves and such.
They have been doing the job and I have not had any problems with pests.

We have a service agreement with them. We have used their services for the past ten years. We have had some extra problems like wasp nest. They were very good. They come every two months. We got them initially because of ants. They come to the door when they arrive to let you know they are here. After they do a treatment if you have another issue you call them, and tell them you have a problem they come right over. There is no charge for that. They keep bugging you annually to do a free termite check. We have had that done. They do a very thorough check. I wish they would just lay off. We do not have termites. That is my only complaint. My overall experience with them has been great.

I have been satisfied, I have no complaints.  I don't  have any pest problems, and they always let me know when they have been here. Everything has been pretty routine, no problems.

They have done a fantastic job getting rid of ants and mice.  They have continued to treat my home on the outside.  They originally treated the inside and now will only do so if needed.    They call a couple days prior to coming out to my home.  They have accomodated appointments if needed.

They come when they say they are going to come. They do what they say they are going to do.   I have two different things with Terminix.  One of them is the regular service, where they come every 3 months, and spray the outside.  The other service is the termite service, where they come once a year, and spray the inside and outside.  I will use them in the future.

They are good about calling ahead and informing us when are going to be coming to the residence. They always leave a report afterwards. I have had their service for more than five years. I would use them again in the future.

The one thing they do, which I requested, is that they call before they come.  They also leave a report on the door.  I am happy with their service and I will continue to use Terminix.

They are very thorough. Ever since we've had them, we've had no problems since. They are on time with their appointments.

I grew up in this area in my family house. My family had used them for years and years. When I moved, I signed up for their service contract. Every problem that I have, they have taken care of instantly. My experience with them has been great.

They have a great guarantee. If you have a problem after they come out and spray they will come right back out and take care of the problem.

We’ve had Terminix for approximately 20 years. I keep going back to them because they seem to take care of the problems that were present when they started. Their prices are also competitive with others. They also call before they come out to let me know they are coming and are very courteous and polite.

They come on a regular schedule. They do a great job. We pay $90 every 3 months. They are reliable and their product works. Their prices are comparable; they aren't any better or worse.

They are very responsive, and have always been very helpful when we need them.  I have been using them for years now, and have been very happy with their service.  I wouldn't think of changing to another company.

They are punctual. They respond if I have any pest problems and come out right away. The workers are quite professional.

Cheaper than clarks. They quoted me $629.00. He gave me a couple hints where to find the bugs/termites. Price included ultimate protection for termites and bugs, but I didn’t have termites, so I didn’t use them.

They responded quickly. They were customer friendly, and the workers were very good. I spent $100 for the termite report and $495 for the dry rot repair. I don?t think they did a good job for $495; they just put a piece of wood on a frame. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future if necessary.
