Description of Work: They installed 4 dormer vents on the roof to vent for whole house fan. Painted them. It looks great. It was completed in time quoted and for price quoted. Ed responded back immediately to my initial phone call. He called prior to time expected to let me know they were running a little late (less than one hour). Fan now operates as expected. Great experience.

I was to call then as recommended by the whole house fan company for installing roof vents. Called a week ago and still no call back even after calling house fan company to have them call for me. The F grade is for reponse thus far.
