For the most part I guess that they did a good job. We are new to the area and can only compare to the pest service we had from Washington State that we thought was excellant.

The only thing I would ask in the future is to be more mindful of closing and latching the gate when they are done. I found my dog out front in my yard later that evening :) All in all a very positive experience.

They only spray inside upon request and I thought it was to be done each time, other wise I would not have signed the contract I think it is for 6 months. Not happy

The reason we do not state that an interior service is performed each visit is because most of our customers look at that as an inconvenience. They would have to take time off work to be home to allow that service. We will happily perform an interior service, at no extra charge, each and every time we come to your property as long as you let us know ahead of time."

It was not great. They could not get rid of the ants. They came two times and made another appointment. But he didn't show up. He was courteous and business like.

They called me back like they said they would, the lady was very nice, enthusiastic and friendly. I had to reschedule for the following day and he said it would be no problem. He never showed up on Tuesday and did not call. He called me Wednesday and apologized and came out the following day for the service. He was very nice to work with. I was disappointed because the deal said it was for the complete interior and exterior of the house. He did the complete outside but did not do any treatment inside because we would have to be out of the house for a few hours along with our dogs, which we were not told over the phone. He checked that he did not complete the service due to our request which was not requested. I felt I only got half of what I paid for. I am going to talk to the owner to make it right because I had already signed up with them to come back every two months for additional services. They gave me a really great deal for continuing with their service.

Sprayed exterior for ants, earwigs, spiders, black widows and swept spider webs from eaves. |Troy did an excellent job of explaining and accomplishing the work. Will come back to respray within 30 days if needed. Great deal for a one time service, which is what I wanted!

Super nice guy. Very thorough in explaining what he was going to do, chemicals he was using, how to protect my pets and myself. Not only treated house and removed cobwebs, he also did my entire fence.

The service turned out fine. There were no additional charges to the big deal. He was very friendly, and he was not sure about the effect of the spray on my wood floors. He was conscientious, and he called his management to ensure that the specific product they use would not cause problems with it. I have cork flooring. He was really concerned about that. Those things stood out to me. The price was obviously good. The quality of his work seemed to be fine. I really do not have anything to compare it against, but there is no reason not to say it did not work. I did not have any issues with his responsiveness. I believe he was perfectly punctual, and his professionalism is fine.

The exterminator was punctual. Very friendly and was willing to answer all of my questions, which was a lot. Finished on time and there were no surprises with the quoted price. Would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good and it went well. I am very happy with it. They gave me a call a day prior so I would be able to unlock the gate so they could spray the back of my house. I would have forgotten if they hadn't. They were great. The price was reasonable. They did knock down some wasps but I would have liked them to have cleaned them off completely. I would definitely use them again.

The technician sprayed outside our house on one day.
It was nice that the offer included a follow-up visit because
the ants had returned.
But after the second application, we have not found any ants in our home.
Both technicians were polite and the second one was very knowledgable.
He really seemed to understand how the insects live and migrate.
The only thing I'm not sure about is why they didn't spray inside the house.

This was the best pest service appointment I have EVER had in the past 20 years. The technician Raul Salazar was very knowledgeable about the chemicals used and procedures. He went under the house, found the ant's nest and their traffic patterns. He baited the high traffic areas and within a few hours we quit seeing ants inside the house and none have returned.
The only negative I could say is that they arrived 60 minutes late, due to some employee problems. In light of the excellent job they did, I'm overlooking the employee tardiness and will give them the benefit of their explanation.
If I ever have bug problems again, I will use this company.
