My kitchen sink was clogged for a while and nothing that I did worked. After much frustration, I searched on Home Advisor to get some quote. I received a call, literally within a minute, from Jim. He was extremely pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and was very confident that he could fix my problem, so much that I scheduled an appointment for the following morning. He (Jim) arrived on time and was just as pleasant, courteous, and professional as he was on the phone. I am truly happy with the job he did to unclogged my sink. I plan to keep his phone number on hand in the event that I need plumbing work in the future. This is my first time using home advisers and I got a very quick response from this company with a quote and he was out within the timeframe he said and did a very speedy job with a very reasonable price.

The pro did the work in such a way that it was very quickly done, with minimal muss and fuss. He told us how to do a temporary fix, should it happen again. and he essentially dropped everything to quickly help us with what could have been a very bad--and messy--situation. Very kind and professional; I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend them.

Jim was able to come within a couple of hours after contacting me. Explained everything as he went along and once the drain was cleared he checked under the house to make sure there were no leaks. Thank God he did, as one of the main joints was never properly sealed and was leaking. He clued it together and only charged an additional $10.00 to the already fair price. Will definitely call him for any future repairs.

Prompt, Friendly, Determined to solve the problem. We live in an older home, and Jimmie our pllumber encountered a difficult problem with our cleanout While attempting to clear our laundry and kitchen drain. He didn’t give up an hour later everything is running fine.

Left things pretty wet under the sink. But the drain was unclogged all the way to the street/sewer system. Also, the job was licked up at 7pm the same night I called. Beutler wanted to set me up for the next day and I would’ve had to take off a 1/2 day of work to get this done. Overall, this was a great experience.
