A quickl customer service response connected me to a seasoned technician, Jim, who diagnosed the problem and quickly remedied a clogged bathroom sink drain. A quality guy who knows what he is doing and responds helpfully to the situation.

Jim R.,the service tech was very knowledgeable @ what needed to be done. He got right to it and completed the task in no time at all. Very impressive. His customer service was exceptional. I would recommend him to family and friends. Thank you Jim. Bet my bottom dollar that you will be the one I call if ever I have the same problem. Thanks to Home/Advisor too for dispatching Jim in such a timely manner. You all are more than sympathic to the customer's needs when it comes to getting the toilets/sinks up and running, especially when I had company visiting. Thanks again. 5 stars ***** to each of you!

Technician did an awesome job

I had bad experience. The sink blockage was in the situation in 3 days. Insead of fixing the problem immediately he makes makes an false excuse there might be something bocking in your pipe if I am come I have to chage you another $245 to do hydro flashing. He also said he can't do untill Sunday which was 2 days later. He ia unprofessional and poor customer service. I hired another company and I have no complain and my sink is working fine. He said the excuse given by lateral specialist, Jim is not accurate.

They did what they said they were going to do and they charged the price they quoted. No complaints, only praise.

Jim was so courteous, kind and knows his business. He was willing to come on the weekend. He came on time and helped me with every aspect of the job. He kept me informed and I intend to recommend him to all my friends. His staff are friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable as well. Very trustworthy and plan on re-hiring in the spring.
