Working with this company was great! Kathy our designer made wonderful suggestions and gave us a beautiful design before we signed our contract. The project superintendent Josh sent us a detailed schedule before demolition began with who would be working at our home and what they would be doing on which day. The work crews were always on time, very friendly and clearly experts at what they do. They wasted no time and always cleaned up before they left for the day. We thought we'd have to move to another home to get the kitchen we wanted. Kitchen Mart gave us that kitchen. We love it. We would definitely use this company again and look forward to remodeling the bathrooms with this company.

Overall, I was happy with Kitchen Mart In's work. There were some glitches on the work and it took longer than we thought. It wasn't technically their fault, it was cabinet orders.

Kitchen Mart Inc. were okay. There was two different people. The lady did the bathroom remodeling estimate and the man did the kitchen estimate. We didn't have it done. He was kind of pushy and tried to get us to sign the paper. Other than that, we weren't ready yet and had too many other things going on to get it done.

I contacted Kitchenmart to complete a remodel of a master bedroom ensuite bath. Although the experience had a few side steps during the implementation, I reached out to Kitchenmart senior leadership by sending my concerns to the owner/president. The owner/president Mr. Dave Hollars welcomed the feedback, got involved, and the issues were addressed and my project was finish to my satisfaction!
Over the past year, I have done a house wide renovation, it's given me a lot of experience with contractors and renovations. We all wish every project goes without issue, but renovations are complex and problems often come up. It comes down to contractors that are willing to work with you on the quality and issues that may arise with the project. Kitchenmart differentiates itself from many other contractors in their willingness to work with the customer. I highly recommend the Kitchenmart experience.

Pleasant experience, nice selection of options. We had investigated using them on the recommendation of a neighbor who himself is a woodworker, so we felt pretty good about that recommendation.

They sent a designer out to give an estimate and the estimate is firm, which is really good. Her name was Cynthia and she was very helpful. She asked us questions and gave us some ideas on what it was that we had in mind. When I emailed Cynthia she got back to me every time. Generally there was one guy here; he came steadily and his work was incredibly good. It looks very professional and I am very satisfied with the final product.

This was by far, THE BEST CONSTRUCTION company I have ever worked with, which speaks highly because I work within the trade! They are hands down a different type of construction company than the norm. Their team is very professional, they are prompt, detail oriented, extremely knowledgable and most importantly, leave your home feeling like it's your home despite a major reno/remodel. They live up to their A+ rating. We had cabinet refacing done and new zodiac quartz counters installed and our kitchen is AMAZING! From Kathy, to Mike to the ENTIRE TEAM at KM, Kudos to you all! We still have a couple doors that are being replaced by the manufacturer for a couple defects, but KM, noticed it before we did and took care of it ASAP! You won't be dissapointed!

From the inital meeting and quotation, final measurement and installation of our new countertops, we received the utmost in professionalism and service. Our selection was initially on backorder (which we knew before we chose it), but was available within 2 weeks of our ordering. The final measurement was taken and the countertop installed by the end of the following week. More importantly, We love it!!

Kitchen Mart came into home and gave a complete estimate on the kitchen remodel/refacing and new granite counter-tops we were considering. I received estimates from other companies and Kitchen Mart's price for the service we wanted was right on.
Contract was clear with price and start dates for each phase.
All workers are Kitchen Mart employees and communicate with each other.
Very Pleased that Kitchen Mart removes and replaces the cabinet fronts with the new drawers and doors rather than refaces the fronts. They are like new cabinets when they are done.
Great looking product and work by this company.
A minor issue they readily corrected on a couple of misaligned drawers with frame repairs.

Overall, our experience with KitchenMart was very negative. The rep was a no-show to the first appointment time, however, did show up for the second appointment we scheduled with him. He took measurements, gave suggestions and said he would email us a bid. A week later, after not hearing from him either via email or phone, I emailed the rep asking if he completed our bid. We were anxious to get the job booked and started asap. He hadn't, but promised to send it soon. The bid was triple what other companies bid and the content of the email was unprofessional. It stated, in part, and quot;Sorry this took this long to get to you. I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm starting with replacing the cabinets on the range side, refacing the rest and replacing the countertops, keeping the island and quot;as isand quot;. If this is already over what you had intended to invest there isn't any point in my investing more time to work up the other options. As I explained when I was there 1/4 of these bids I never hear from again and I have too much going on to spend another fruitless 3 hours. We would love to have your business, just want to make sure it's productive time spent. Needless to say, we chose another company. I would have rated this company as an and quot;Fand quot;, however, I contacted the owner via email, shared our experience, and he was very apologetic, even offering to speak with me over the phone about my experience.

They are top notch. They are first rate from the sales team, to the manager, and to the workmen on site. They did not have sub contractors but employees. The did not charge for change orders.

I had to give them $1000 to get the estimate done. Then, I had a medical emergency, and ended up in the hospital, so I had to put it on hold. After I got back on my feet, I couldn't get in touch with them anymore and they wouldn't return any of my calls. It's been three years now, and I just gave up. They were supposed to do the estimate, but they have not done anything else. Basically, they just took the $1000. At least they should talk to me about it. I asked to talk to the guy that was my sales person, but he wouldn't return my calls, and I asked to talk to the manager, but they always said that he was not in, and he never returned my calls. I don't think they even come out. I had to take the measurements and take them in to them, and I also made drawings. They never came out here, that might have been the next step, to confirm my numbers and things like that, but then I ended up in the hospital. A deposit is a deposit, if I don't go through with it, I lose my deposit. But I really didn't mean to not go through with it. Their pricing was very high, it was a very, very small bathroom, and it was going to cost $14000, so even if they had done it, it would have been high, for that little tiny bath. The sales guy showed me a lot of different styles and things like that, but not much else. Even if they are not going to give my money back, they should talk to me. If they change their mind after this and decide to help me out here or do something, I might let them go ahead and do part of the job. I don't really want to, because I don't trust them. I might allow them to do $1000 worth of work, so at least I might get something back.

We were very pleased with efficiency and thoughtfulness of the Kitchen Mart professionals who worked on this project. We selected Kitchen Mart because of the Angies List reviews and because Kitchen Mart employs every worker, so there are no subcontractor complications or delays.

Once the cabinets were manufactured, final start and finish dates were set. Kitchen Mart arrived on a Monday morning took out the old cabinets, prepared the pumping and by the afternoon of Tuesday had the new cabinets installed, The final measurements for the counter top and sink were taken, the counter top slab was prepared over the next two days and on Friday the project was completed as scheduled.

Excellent work, excellent quality and an excellent experience overall.

We will be using Kitchen Mart for flooring and new bathroom cabinets in the future.

Very well. They actually finished a day early. The only glitch was needing a new electrical line for our cooktop. Was a bit costly to do, but I suppose this is not unusual for electrical work. And it was done promptly, so it did not delay completion of the job.

Kitchen Mart remodeled both mine and my mothers kitchen 15-20 years ago and we were both very satisfied, so much so that I called them when i was ready to update my kitchen again. Unfortunately the only similarity I found between my earlier association and my recent work was the name remains the same. Likely so that they can claim 35 years in the business. I'm not sure if they've just grown too successful and don't care about customer service or that they are simply too busy.

I experienced multiple errors which were frustrating but not totally surprising since different workers arrived daily. There was a and quot;project managerand quot; but I saw him and spoke to him one time during the 6 weeks my kitchen was under construction. The workers were all very nice but they go where they are assigned and do what they are scheduled to do. I could have forgiven their multiple mistakes but Kitchen Mart's attitude about communicating with their customers was too frustrating to overlook. As I said in my letter to the company, their lack of communication was almost arrogant . I waited two months before submitting this evaluation, hoping that maybe there was an unexplained reason for this frustrating experience that they would explain. True to form, I never heard a word. I had planned on having them remodel my bathroom but I'll never use them again.

I had purchased the tiles already and so the amount that I paid them did not include the tile cost. They supplied everything else in terms of the stuff to glue it down, the grout and all that. Their service was outstanding. I would use them again if need be. They're just very professional. They did what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it which is not a typical experience with small job contractors. It was just a great experience. The guys they sent out to do it were not sub contractors. They were not the kind to go out and get the job, and send somebody other than their own people out. They sent their own employees that they use. So it's a lot more direct and there are no excuses. I don't need to go to other people and talk to other people. The boss of the project showed up on the first morning before the guys could get started, and introduced them. He talked about what they were going to do and they did it. When it was done, we loved it. They really did a nice job. Their price was good. I'd got three estimates and they were about in line with another estimate and significantly lower than the third. They were about the same as another but we really liked the guy that came out from the company, and gave us free estimates. It was worthwhile and we had a good feeling about it. So we went with them in regard with that feeling. There's nobody else who can do a better job on our house. I will use their services again in the future.

Let's put it this way: I had to manage the project manager. I would come home and my back door would be unlocked and my power would be off. Overall my kitchen looks good now but I wouldn't recommend them to anybody and I wouldn't use them again.
