The service was fabulous. We actually expanded what we were going to with them and they have been great. They redid our bathroom, reset the toilet, installed new tub/shower enclosure, retiled the floor and reset the plumbing fixtures. They are also replacing about 30 feet of drainage pipe that was leaking. We will be hiring them to redo all of the plumbing in our second bathroom. They really go the extra mile. They found a few things in the bathroom that were not right and did them without charging us. We have a comfortable feeling about them and they are honest and open. We really like working with them.

Went better than I expected. John is pleasant and professional and was perfectly prompt! I liked him so well that I made an appointment for him to come next week to swap out my kitchen faucet. This is a good guy!

He re-installed our garbage disposal, new kitchen faucet, and all associated under the sink piping (we had our kitchen remodeled). He did great as he was able to perform all this on one day between our countertop installation (one day) and before our new flooring was installed (2 days).

It was okay. The scheduling was fine and they were very prompt. The plumber was very nice and pleasant. They got the job done in one day.

Great, I will certainly call John again when I need anything done. Part of the cost was the new shower head and faucet, very reasonable.

John arrived right on time and went right to work. He was very pleasant and was nice to my dogs. I had changed the kitchen faucet, had a leak and he tightened things and looked everywhere for any further leak. He replaced the dishwasher vent and checked everything. We discussed other plumbing projects and I would use him again in the future.

The service was amazing, very prompt, thorough and clean. He was an A+ all around. He came and re-installed a wax ring on our toilet and installed a new shut off valve in the bathroom. He explained everything ahead of time and was extremely professional.

JRW Plumbing showed up on time. They were excellent and very friendly. They were in and out. They did what I had asked them to do, they got it done, and everything looks great. It took them about two hours to do the job. I will absolutely use them again.

Toliet repair and replacement. Fixed drywall next to toilet and went out of his way to fix other toilet and kitchen faucet without charge.

Replaced kitchen faucet, two bathroom popups and stopped a leak in the laundry room water bib.

He arrived on time, took a look, told me what needed to be done, and did it. Great job.

When the plumber arrived, I showed him the job that needed to be done. He immediately went to work, and had the repair done in short order. He used two parts from his own stock, and the prices he charged were below the retail prices I had found online. I inspected the work, and found he had done an excellent job.

My washing machine drain had been overflowing occasionally, and I assumed it had something to do with utility sink a friend had added to the line sometime ago. When John arrived, he immediately recognized the problem was not with the sink, but that my drain pipe needed clearing. He pointed out that it was connected with my kitchen drain which probably collected the typical kitchen greases, etc. John told me that he could do some drain cleaning with a snake and with a "bladder type" instrument, but that thorough drain cleaning was not his specialty--he normally focuses on leaky pipes, etc. But fortunately, the snake and the bladder worked wonders, and the washing machine has been draining better than ever. He spent about 1-1/2 hours working on the problem. John was very punctual, professional and friendly.I used the Angie's List deal ($200 worth of service for $95). The charge would have been $135. John said I could use the remainder at any time -- not just the 3 months allowed by the "Deal".

Took a little bit to get together on a time because he's just so busy, but once we did get something scheduled he came out, found the problem quickly, went to Home Depot and got the right part and fixed us up. Pretty painless, very friendly and professional. I would definitely use Jim again and would recommend him to others.

John was prompt, courteous, efficient and very friendly. He is not only very good at his work but also seems to enjoy it. He had some great suggestions that solved a problem we were having and also saved us money! As I mentioned up above, John had to work around other contractors. We were amazed at how quickly he returned and completed the job! He was back the very next day after the concrete people finished! We highly recommend John and will hire him again.

I needed my refrigerator hooked up to the water source. While he was doing that, he actually spotted a serious leak under my bathroom! Great service!

We phoned John and left a message and he phoned us right back. He asked us to check a few things and helped us solve the plumbing problem without coming to our house! We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Not only did John replace the kitchen faucet, on time, I mean to the minute, the most punctual person I can recall ever. He also came back 2 days later to fix a small leak under the sink for nothing!!! It was not due to his job, it was actually unconnected to his job. He went to the store ,purchased a replacement piece and fix it FOR NOTHING!!!. How many people would do that with professionalism, kindness and a smile? He is a keeper and a person to recommend.

I found John (JRW Plumbing) through Aggie's list. I bought the deal he was offering $95.00 for $200.00 of work.. He made an appointment with me the same day for the following saturday between 10 and 12...He was prompt and hooked up the washing machine. He needed to buy a part and came back the following monday and finished the service. He is wonderful and my husband and I felt we finally found a super plumber we could trust. He is very knowledgeable, he has his own contractors license in good standing and he gets the work done. In my heart, after meeting him one time you'll feel like you've known him forever...He's good, he's honest and to me we came out a winner. If you need a good plumber CALL John

We decided we needed to replace the fixtures on our vanity sinks as they were showing a little more wear than desired after 27 years of service. We contacted John of JRW Plumbing and scheduled a time for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable; what was more invaluable, however, was the advice to consider replacing the vanity sinks as well. As john pointed out, the sinks, although in good condition, would still show some evidence of wear and staining around the fixture locations. So we ordered the sinks (still available from Kohler after all this time!) and scheduled a time to have this installed. John and Andrew arrived as scheduled and the installation went smoothly. Very professional job - and he made sure he was satisfied with the work as well as that we were satisfied. We will have him back out for another job in a couple weeks, we are so satisfied with his ethics and workmanship. Highly recommend him.

John replaced the sink drain plug assembly and the cold water shower controller with alacrity and dispatch. Excellent service !! He has a vast amount of experience with all types of plumbing problems. He is the man!! I highly recommend JRW Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
