They were amazing. They were timely and proactive. They were honest and dependable. I been using them for years.

The work was done in a highly professional manner. The technicians came promptly, did their job and cleaned up. Their bid was highly detailed, which I found reassuring. There were no loose ends.

Very well. The service technician, Branden, was very helpful in diagnosing and explaining the problem. He had the part with him and was able to replace the failed igniter quickly. The furnace was back up and running in a short while and everything went better than I expected.

It took 8 days but overall it wasn't that bad

Called them to make an appointment to look at my AC which was making more noise than normal. They said they were not taking new customers. Guess their business is so good they don't need new customers. Don't bother calling them if you haven't used them before.

Contrary to the first opinion that had jumped to the conclusion that my 10+ year furnace needed replacement, Garick looked at the causes of the problem and solved them. Great service and professionalism. They won a customer for life.

They arrived on time and completed the work in the time they estimated. The system looks great.

Branden arrived right on time and went right to work. He changed the air filters, checked the electrical system and did a thorough test to make sure the heat was working correctly, even staying a few minutes to do a double check to make sure it turned off properly.  I use this company regularly twice a year for maintenance and have been very satisfied with them.

The technician came on time with a heads-up call before arriving. He thoroughly evaluated the HVAC machine, replaced a $100 part, marking it down $20 for new customer discount, and adjusted the registers so we got much better air distribution. He was friendly and made very sure I understood everything we discussed.  We joined their "frequent flyer" (twice annual) maintenance program, which costs nothing to join and gets discounted check-ups ($79.50) twice a year and moves us to the front group on the pending list if repairs are needed. I can honestly say I have never had such good service from a home appliance service technician.

They were in your list and they also had a little write up in there that the guy showed me. You sent me 4 recommendations. I had all 4 of them come out and that's who I selected. They did a good job.
I didn't realize it but there were numerous air conditioning systems depending on the size of your house, the square footage and things like that and some of them, like one was over $10,000. I didn't need that system, that was for a much bigger house. The salesman was really good on that and that's what he explained. This is the system that you need for your house rather than the more expensive one, which would work fine but I didn't need it. I didn't realize there were so many different combinations of sizes of air conditioners. Some of them are big, some are for small houses.
It was fair price for comparison with the other 3 companies that came out.
They installed the Lenox. That's all they do is the Lenox and Lenox is one of the top of the line as far as heating and air conditioning. They installed a good unit at I guess a reasonable price. In comparison with the other folks it was good. They came right out and they explained everything for me. They were third of the 4. There was nothing wrong with the way the other people came out. They did a good job. That's why I did 4 to get the best of the 4. I think I did anyway.
They were right on time, no messing around, they just came in and did the job. One of the helpers that came out was not very good. In fact, they ended up firing him.
They have a maintenance that they come out every 6 months. The first year is free and then after that it costs something extra.

Problem seemed solved after second visit.  Angie's List mentioned a senior discount for this provider, but repair person said there wasn't such a discount available.  A first-time customer discount of $20.00 was given, instead.

Zack was our repairman and he was great.  He was scheduled to be here at 8:30 AM and called from the road because he was in traffic and was running a little late.  He arrived soon after he called.  He replaced the capacitor then showed my husband how to clean and vacuum the coils underneath and all around the unit. 

Oh my gosh, it was the best experience in the world!!! I would never ever use any other heating and air company.  Warren, the project manager, and Curtis, the artisan installer were totally professional, and yet they treated me AND my dogs like family.  They are completely reliable and trustworthy, have abundant expertise, and kept me posted of every step.
I had previously obtained an estimate from another highly-rated company, which was $1000 higher and without any of the extras that Garick provided.  
Garick is simply the best heating and air company in Sacramento or in any of the surrounding counties!!!

Jonathan at Garick is Amazing!! He repaired my furnace (where a
different provider told me my furnace was unfixable).  He improved the
return, enlarging it and making it blend well with the home. I had asked
them to come out initally about about ago to give me a second opinon on
the furnace. ( I am a new homeowner and on a tight budget). Both he and
Warren confidently told me the furnace was fixable and explained how
they would fix it. When I mentioned another company (Which i paid for the tune up of the AC/Heater and water heater through angies list deals) told me it was unable to be repaired. They looked at thoroughly and told me I could easily have this furnace working properly for the next few years after the repairs. I do have an old system and he mentioned that long term I would need a new system but for the moment and the next few years I would be ok. He also helped me problem solve how to balance my a/c unit that was on an unbalanced piece of concrete.  He  did fabulously giving me suggestions on how to maintain my unit and explained it in a way I would understand. He also cleaned up after himself and swept the floor.  I"m so glad someone referred me to Garick! I will absolutely be using them again!

He did great work, a lot of work. They were able to schedule me for an emergency on a Saturday. The technician came and found out that the problem was a blower motor. He had 5 other appointments that day and said that he can't get the motor 'til Monday. Because of health reasons, we needed an air conditioning because we had 3 nights of 95 degree weather in our house sleeping, it was terrible. Anyhow, they had diagnosed it. I had a background in how to get equipment and so I called the place where the parts would be and they were in fees and open. The man had written down the serial number and the motor model number and I was able to give it to the man the parts and they got it. He called my guy back and he changed his whole schedule. He came back, jerked the motor out. The general manager went and got the motor. He came over, gave it to the technician and by 11:00 Saturday morning, the air conditioner was on. I think it was the greatest customer service that I got. They did it above and beyond the call of duty so it was just wonderful. They get 5 gold stars for that. The price was okay. It was expensive but for the weekend service and everything, it was worth every penny.

We were very pleased with them. Without asking they gave us a senior citizen discount, which was considerable. We have no attic and the only dropped ceiling is down the hallway. They managed to put ducts in the living room and 3 bedrooms and one of the baths. They couldn't reach the other 2 rooms. They managed to work in a little tiny space. They put the heating unit where the old hot water heater was. They did a very good job and they were very punctual. We had some trouble with the control but it wasn't the control, it was us. We are not digitally minded so we had an awful time trying to get it adjusted. One of the gentlemen kept coming out and getting it adjusted. They were really good. We got some other estimates and they were all about the same except for what they did was different. We didn't have ductwork or a heat or air system previously. We thought the price was reasonable. We have been very happy with the work. They were always on time or within 15 minutes.

Their service was good.  They were friendly, and they were great on the installation which was about ten months ago.  They were reliable.  They showed up when they said they were going to.  The salesman and the people installing were really pleasant.  They made a special effort to make sure I had air conditioning that day, even though they had to show up at six in the morning.

Super! Absolutely top drawer. Really good guy, really efficient. I highly recommend him to anybody. He was always at the end of the phone. There were two minor things that had to be, he  had to come back for, for the inspection he was here immediately. Cleaned up, did it all. I'm very pleased with what he installed.

They are always very helpful and professional and reasonable(I checked around).
Re the new AC/Furnace - the first winter following installation, our heater stopped working. They came out and fixed the problem at no cost to us as we purchased the extended warranty.
I know they checked our duct system to make sure there were no leaks.  Not sure if they also cleaned them out at the same time(just don't remember).

They are a local business and are very timely, neat, courteous and professional. They seemed very knowledgeable about the heating and air conditioning business. I would recommend them.
