Garage Door Repair

I appreciate 2-hour appointment windows as compared to the typical 4-hour windows. The technician arrived within the window and called 30 minutes before his arrival. The technician, Moe, did a thorough inspection and not only identified the problems, but also commented on how well other parts were holding up. Moe was efficient, courteous and professional. No attempt whatsoever to try to sell a new garage door opener/door or other parts. I guess I became used to the noise and was quite surprised to hear how quietly the door was going up and down. Though I have not compared pricing, I don't think their cost of quality replacement parts & labor is out of line. The company's warranty on the work is a plus. Would definitely use again.

fine.... though the door is only about 10 years old there were sign it is wearing out...still working but probably a sign it will need major overhaul in the future. I will be notifying the original supplier/installer if I needs any further work.

Great!!! Tech was professional and didn't try to up sell. Did recommend we budget for replacing the spring due to age. Intend to heed his recommendation.

Tune up was much needed and done well. Runs much quieter now.

The doors look great and the price was comparable if not a bit better then other quotes we received. The installer was efficient and quick.

I could not use your coupon - but Adrian said he would look for the part I needed and I could call back later to see if he had found it - this was 3/2016. The technician arrived promptly and conducted the service repair work quickly and very cleanly. He was upfront with the cost of the repair work and was pleasant to converse with. I would recommend Sac's to any one in need of repair work to his or her garage.

the company called to make an appointment, showed up on time and very quickly.  the technician explained what was  needed and  completed the work satisfactorily.  Very nice work!

It went great. Talked to a guy who said Adrian would call between 4-6. Adrian was ahead of schedule, so he called at 3:25 and was at my place fixing the garage by 4. He worked fast and recommended replacing the rollers. He adjusted the garage door before leaving, so I no longer have to duck to enter my garage.

Our garage door broke the other day when my husband accidentally closed it on a can of spray paint.  The cable broke and the door was crooked.  We tried to fix it, but soon realized we didn't have the knowledge or tools necessary.  I called Sac's Garage Door Repair as they were the first company listed on Yelp, open on Sundays, and advertising a deal.  They asked what day we wanted someone to come out and I asked if it was possible for someone to come out same day.  Moe came within an hour and a half of my call.  He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  He worked quickly and efficiently.  It only took him about 10-15 minutes to fix our garage door and it's as good as new!  Thank you!!!

I called this morning regarding my broken garage door spring.  Nick was extremely friendly and said he could have someone out to my house the same day.  Moe called and arrived at my house withing 30 mins and checked out my entire system.  He replaced both my springs and did an amazing job!  He was beyond professional and completed the job without leaving a mess.


Not only is Sac's Garage Door Repair fast and friendly, they are fair priced and do great work!  I highly recommend using them!

It was fine. I paid $150 for the rollers. I am not sure I needed rollers, and some of the other specials included rollers, so I was a bit concerned that it cost quite a bit for rollers.
