"While I appreciate the review I do not understand tbe dishonesty. I remember my convesation with you when your door went off track. It was not caused by any old part as all our doors are brand new. We do not use old parts when we install the new doors but Im sure my competition will say anything to make us look bad and make themselves look good to take you away as our customer. In regards to your after hours call I wish we could have accomidateded youbthat nigjt but had no one on call. If we did you would have been charged $89 service call. This was clearly spelled out on your contract with us. As far as my tech "up saleing you" he was just doing his job and offering a replacement as the tune up deal wiuld have not helped at all. Which by the way we fully refunded to you and gave youbadditional free items on your old opener and gave you a significat discount off the whole whole door and paid your tax for you! We went above and beyond the call of duty in order to get you a good deal or "cheap deal" as you put it. Its saddens me that even when we do cheap deals if we are not the at the drop of a hat when your door comes off track in the late evening we are automatically a bad company. I think you were just upset that we vould not come when you demanded. As far as the door "junpming the track" that does not happen by it self unless you did something like leave bike or broom symtick in the way of the rollers or track. This happens everyday and 99 percent of the time its home owner mistake. Last year we servuced over 4000 doors a third of which are doors off track like yours'. My guess is you decided to write this review after my competittor bad mouthed us and simply lied to you. Unfortunately yiu fell prey to a lie."
"Thank you for the review. we made a coupon deal via angies list for the tune up amd charhe full price for the rollers. We cannot afford to GIVE everything away. While I understand your concern with the price differance I do not think it warrants such a bad review all things considering. Im sure your can have anything done with coupons but we like to build a mutualliy beneficial relationship with our customers. if you do not feel the same feel free to get another coupon but rest assured no one will honor two coupons."
