The company is very professional, they are very technical inclined too. They was able to use an application on my phone to interview me and take pictures of my fence. Also, they are not pushy sales people. My fence was finished in one day, and they removed all the debris.

Working with Ergeon on my new fence was an efficient and enjoyable process, resulting in a beautiful fence. The first phone call with my Ergeon rep, Alejandro, led to an online streamed walk-through of the existing fence and my project wishes. It could not have been easier. I simply used my phone and a video app to chat with Alejandro as I walked the fence line. That video chat led to several options for me to select from and resulted in an estimate of the cost. Once I had completed the preparations that I chose to do myself, I accepted the Ergeon estimate, and my Ergeon project manager, Edgar, was assigned. He also was great to work with. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the project not only could begin sooner than I expected, but they could complete it in just a single day! At 8 AM on a Friday, Josh, Ergeonâ  s installer, came to the door, we did a walk-through of the project area, and the work began. By 4 that afternoon, Josh and his installation crew were done, leaving me with a beautiful new fence and gate. They handled the details, doing a superb job. I had them replace a fence on a rental property I own in Sacramento. Twice I drove from the bay area to Sacramento with promises from the company they would call me about 20 minutes before the pre-installation visitation and the final walkthrough after the fence was completed so I could be there. Both times the company failed to call me and I was not allowed to oversee the project I am paying for. They are now proposing the final walkthrough be conducted virtually from their office to my home in the bay area. I don not see how the final walkthrough/inspection can be done without being at the project. This company showed no respect for me as a client.

Proceed with caution when hiring this company to do a fence. I hired them to install a wooden fence and two gates. They did not backfill the post holes, the large gate drop rod was left for me to install, a support beam for the small gate was not sunk into the ground, instead screwed into my stucco house with drywall screws and was falling out the same day. They left trash and old screws all over my yard. The foreman was supposed to come inspect the issues and he never showed up and now I am getting the run around trying to speak to any management.
