Great. I called him at 11:00 and we arranged for early afternoon. He stopped by at 12:45. The trash was gone within 10 minutes.
"I VALUE MY CUSTOMERS THAT FIND MY SERVICE ON ANGIE'S LIST, AND MY HISTORY SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. I DO TRY TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY CUSTOMERS AND RESPECT THEIR TIME. I ALWAYS CONDUCT MYSELF PROFESSIONALLY. IN RESPONSE TO THIS RATING I MUST SAY THAT I DID CALL 30 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVAL AND ASKED CUSTOMER IF IT WAS STILL A GOOD TIME TO COME OUT. THE DIRECTIONS GIVEN WERE INCORRECT WHICH CAUSED A DELAY. ONCE DISCOVERED I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS ONLY 5 MINUTES AWAY. I WAS THEN TOLD SHE COULD NOT WAIT. I ASKED IF SHE COULD WAIT 5 MORE MINUTES SINCE I HAD COME ALL THE WAY TO THE POCKET AREA. I FEEL MY TIME AND GAS EXPENSES SHOULD BE RESPECTED AS WELL. I ASKED BEFORE I CAME IF IT WAS STILL A GOOD TIME. I OPERATE AN HONEST FAIR BUSINESS, AND I REGRET THIS CUSTOMERS UNHAPPINESS. MY BUSINESS DECISION WAS NOT TO TRY AND RESCHEDULE BECAUSE I FELT I HAD MADE A REASONABLE EFFORT TO SCHEDULE AND COMMUNICATE. I DID NOT HANG UP ON THIS CUSTOMER, I DO NOT RUN MY BUSINESS LIKE THAT. THE CUSTOMER WOULD NOT WAIT 5 MORE MINUTES, BLAMED ME FOR DIRECTIONS AND DID NOT ASK TO RESCHEDULE. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE MANY REFERENCES BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL TO ANYONE."
