About us
I am a General Contractor with 35 years of experience in my own business. I have no employees. I specialize in Home Repairs and remodel of all phases. I have several Sub-contractors at my disposal who have been with me for many years. Most of the work I do myself. I am Licensed with the State of Calif.#346845, Bonded, and have a clean record of service and reputation. At present I charge $35.00 dollars per man hours plus material provided. All jobs are invoiced with details. I accept cash, or check, no credit cards at this time. At present I am running a Special Home Inspection, general evaluation and report, for residential homes, checking windows, doors, hardware, electrical fixtures, plumbing supply and waste lines, Insulation, W/H's, attic ducting, and new code requirements, i.e. Carbon monoxide detectors, and smoke alarms. I check roofing & gutters for obvious problems. This is a $150 dollar value for $75.00, through February 2013. No project financing at this time.

Finish carpentry-trim, I am skilled at plumbing fixture replacement, I replace batteries for, and install detectors. I do some minor sprinkler repairs. I do some debri hauling of my own jobs. I have my own trucks, and safety equipment., base boards, casings, crownmold. I replace doors & hardware. I install security doors. I do minor painting & touchup. I replace window blinds. I hang some signs, electrical fixture replacement, hardware replacement, minor drywall repairs, tools
