Aaron who came out sold us on the HVAC system and we did not even need to interview someone else as he was so very knowledgeable and we knew we would be in good hands. I had two other estimates before talking to Clarke & Rush. Aaron, from Clarke & Rush, was more knowlegeable than either of the other estimators. He provided a more detailed, professional estimate than the other contractors, and offered more value. They completed the work on schedule and budget, even though it was harder to get the new unit into the attic than expected. The new system functions great! I'm glad I got the third estimate.

Work performed in a professional, acceptable maner.

We received 3 calls the next day. After describing the Heating/AC unit, we were able to get 3 estimates by phone. Clarke and Rush came in the lowest after checking the unit on the roof. We received a formal estimate by FAX and decided to have them do the job. The estimator, Aaron was pleasant, professional and informative. He came across as honest and knowledgeable. We visited the site while the job was being done and both workmen were pleasant, hardworking and capable. They completed the job within a few hours and our tenant was tickled that the job was done so fast and sent us an email telling us how pleased he was that he now had heat.

They worked next to our roofers during the package install to assure no further roof leakage would occur after the new unit was installed. Very fast and professional. I think they had three sometimes four workers doing the job very quickly and professionally.

I think I already did this, but they provided good service considering the time our A/C broke and took care of some minor problems after installation. I was especially pleased with their pricing and that they took care of all the paperwork.

Gave me a fair price, very good at addressing my questions and walking me through the process. The contract clearly described the work to be done, installer's were very professional and in general I am pleased with the work conducted, aside from the two broken sprinkler heads that had to be replaced after the work was finished.

Clarke and Rush Mechanical gave me a bid that was much less than four other contractors. I reviewed the information each had provided to me and was unable to discern a signficant difference between the type, quality, and ratings of the equipment being proposed so I selected Clark and Rush. My concern that their cost was less because maybe they weren't as conscientious as the others turned out to be totally unfounded. They arrived on time at 8:00 am, went about doing the work quickly and efficiently, and were finished by 2:30 pm. The cleaned up everything so that you coudn't tell they had been there.

Everything was great with the exception of their problem resolution skills. Aaron was professional, polite, on time, and quick to return our calls BEFORE the job and the installation was completed quickly. However, after the installation the rebate that Aaron promised us from the manufacturer couldn't be submitted for FOUR weeks due to a problem at the manufacturer. During that time when we'd call Aaron he wouldn't call us back promptly or even at all sometimes. And then he told us once we did submit for the rebate (on line) we would get the $300 credited to our bank account on the same day - according to the manufacturer it takes FOUR WEEKS and we still have not received our $300 back from an installation in March. I don't feel Clark & Rushe did everything they could have to satisfy our concerns about the delays and this makes me reconsider whether or not I would really recommend them or not. If something really went wrong with the install, would they respond (or not respond at all!) the same way?

Aaron was wonderful to work with -- very informative and he listed all the pros and cons of each window manufacturer. No pressure, just at ease communication. The installers followed the professional and business-like representation their company stands for. They were on time, very courteous and extremely efficient. The job was completed without drama and chaos. They cleaned everything thoroughly and the windows look gorgeous! I would highly recommend this company.

Install went slightly well, had to call out to aesthetically fix some poor work. Went downhill though when I had to call them to come out and service another machine at a different property. They called at the last minute and cancelled then didn't bother to show up at all on the 2nd appt.

Installation progressed in a workman like manner until the last 3 to 4 hours of the replacement project. Then, things became very rushed and the remaining duct and damper installation may have suffered. A number of unused dampers were removed from the attic and there seems to be a need for additional air flow to the downstairs part of the house. At Clark and Rush's request we are testing the installation "as is" for a month or so. As of this writing we are planning to call them back correct the air flow issue to the downstairs.

Good as far as they could go but the manifactor made three mistakes so they haven't finished yet.

Clarke & Rush provided a detailed estimate and included product brochures for the furnace and air conditioner. The pricing of the project was good and the workers doing the job were prompt and were able to complete the job in a day. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.
