Our system needed an upgrade after almost 20 years. The rep took great care of us, and made sure we got a great deal. On the day of the install, the technician arrived on time, which isn't always the case with other companies. He made sure to wear a mask, and cover his shoes. He was fast, efficient, and clean. I usually have to clean up after the techs, but that was not the case with Jeremy. Also, he made sure to walk me through how to use the app, and if I ever have any questions I know they are available to help. I am very happy with my new system and cameras!
