I called Best Price and was told "Lonnie", the owner, would call me back. When Lonnie called me back, he gave me some BS about how he had never seen that happen before (in his 20+ years in the business) and how it's like putting a pizza in front of a homeless guy and him not eating it. He kept emphasizing that my warranty window was up and quickly became condescending and rude, to the degree of swearing and hanging up on me when I questioned his business ethics (providing a "service" that didn't work). He eventually agreed to come back and put some more bait in my attic, which he did the next day and, as of another month later, the rats wanted nothing to do with this magical bait. He did not refund my money, follow up, etc. Rather than deal with this A**hole again, I will just take the $100 hit and let everyone know what a pain this company (i.e. the owner Lonnie Price) is to deal with. Definitely a scam, save your money or find a better exterminator!
"The member is completely right in her discription of this situation. She did hire us to get rid of her Rodent problem. We did apply Rodenticides ( Rat Bait ) to her attic. After our 30 day warrenty I still came out and went into the attic and checked the Bait. It was not touched. ( This has never happened in my 34 years of Pest Control Service.) So I applied some more bait to this attic area. And I never heard from her again untill now...But remember what she has not said. She never gave any reason to believe she still had Rats in her Attic, other than our Bait was not touched. She never said after two weeks I saw a Rat up there. She never said after 3 weeks she heard some up there. No what she did say was 37 days after I applied Rat Bait someone went up in her Attic and seen that the Bait was not touched. And the reason it was not touched it appears is because she didn't have any Rats in her attic when I originally came out there, only Rat turds. She assumed she had a Rat problem in her attic, and I believed her, Rats can chew into wiring and start Fires and damage Alarm sytems, So we treated the attic for Rats. And she never seen or heard them again...And instead of being happy for not having Rats in her attic, she goes out of her way to insult and damage my company... Thank God, for every customer, I have a thousand happy Customers that appriciate my service and great affordable prices...If you call my Company and say you read this responce, I will give you 1/2 off on an initial service..Thank You, Lonnie Price the Owner..."

I want to thank you for your compliment on how prompt we were in taking care of your Rodent problem. In reguards to your comment about me being a know it all, I am not. But i have been in this business for over 34 years. And if I seem overly confident about Rodent Control it's because I am. I'm sorry If the application of the rodenticide did not take longer. And maybe that is the real problem. I understand how the amount that you paid for this service does not seem fair, however if you shopped around you would have probably realized that you saved 30 to 40 dollars. I didn't read in your comment that we could not take care of your rodent problem, but I did read we performed a return service for no charge. I can only assume that service call took care of the problem. If you are still unhappy I will gladly refund your money.. Sincerly Lonnie Price , owner"
