I feel I was charged for excess time in repairing my problem, as well as it was not fixed the first time and the plumber had to return (at no cost) .. I am negotiating with Armstrong to reduce my charges . they have been very courteous and professional, but I am still waiting (two weeks) to hear back from them. The bill remains unpaid and I will continue to follow up until resolved. The plumber was able to repair the problem the second trip and I am pleased with the results.

I placed a call to Armstrong Plumbing at 9 in the morning. I was told a tech would be out between 1 and 2. Matt in the office was very courteous and was working within my work schedule. That is a very rare trait in the service field. Greatly appreciated. Unfortunately a major job was in the works, Matt graciously searched for a tech to get out to me. He was successful. Little did I know it was the owner that made the call. I will recommend Armstrong Plumbing to any one who is need.

The owner of the business personally called and left his home phone number, which he asked me to call. I did, and he reassured us that his crew would take of the work for us first thing in the morning, which they did at what seemed like a very reasonable price. I'd call them again, if I ever had a need.

Was 3 hours late the first day and had to carry job over to next day, but the work done was exceptional and cost saving ideas were shared and ways to prevent and repair future problems myself were learned. Highly recommend work, but beware od time promises.

able to fix tub drip w/out difficulty. did not have parts for sink drip (non-standard fixture), but plumber was not able to duplicate problem anyway. did confirm would order special parts if sink drip recurred.
