Description of Work: I needed a smog check before I could pay for my car tags and called that day for an appointment. They fit me in and did the smog check and an oil change. The front people were incredibly helpful. We will go back again!

Description of Work: My battery died. I had my road service jump my car and I drove it to Arden Village. I did not have an appointment and they did not have a battery in stock. They gave me a ride home and were able to get a battery within 3 hours. They were professional, responsive, and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: They may be 'nice' people but they were unable to figure out why my car was overheating....they say they put it through tests, and said they couldn't find any problems..the car had overheated just an hour before I brought it to them. So just 2 days later the car had a CATASTROPHIC OVERHEAT!!! Now it's beyond my budget to fix and it's sitting in my garage. Of course I called them to let them know they obviously missed something...the mechanic was just defensive, spoke over me, and kept repeating himself... Don't take your car here if you actually want something diagnosed and fixed.... I would have paid more if they actually could've fixed something to prevent my engine from overheating and causing fatal damage.
