They put in new spark plugs, redid my guard pan, and removed water from my transmission fluid. They were thorough, honest, and did a great job. I've been to them a few times when I've had minor issues, and I would recommend them to anyone. They're very trustworthy, and fairly priced.

Wow! service from this place! Dropped in for a smog check and the guy was quick to come up to my car. He asked what would I like done and I said a smog check. He then asked when would I like it done. I said now? He said ok. He said it would only take a few minutes since it's a 2008. I went inside to another friendly staff member. She was polite and quickly processed my paperwork. A few minutes later they said it passed and the gentleman had my car up to the front. No joke I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were fast, friendly, convenient and at a great value. I would come back not only for car service but I will get gas there too now.

They have been honest, trustworthy, prompt and efficient in every encounter I?ve had with me. It is a pleasure to find an automotive service that does that kind of work and does it honestly. As an example, my engine light was on and they diagnosed it and told me what was the matter with it and they told me to do them as they come up, not all at once. I thought it was a very good answer and a very honest one.

Provider after several days of delay supposedly analyzed the electrical system and concluded that the drain was coming from the driver's seat on/off button being stuck in an on position. Provider replaced the button. Within 15 minutes of leaving the provider's station, the dashboard lights started flickering, headlights turned off and the car died in the middle of a busy street. The hazard light could not be activated to warn other cars and this took place after dark. The car couldn't be easily seen by other drivers which put the persons in my car in jeopardy for their life. I called a tow truck who took the car back to the station. I was called the next morning by the service manager to say that the mechanic named Robert forgot to connect the alternator to the battery. I chose this provider because of their good reviews on Angie's List, but in my case, this station and mechanic put people's lives in jeopardy which is sloppy and irresponsible. I would equate it to a surgeon operating on someone's heart and forgetting to restart it. It is an act of someone clearly not caring about the impact of their work on their customers or their lives. If someone had gotten hurt or killed as a result of this, this station and mechanic would be found guilty of criminal negligence.

I had an electrical problem with my car. They came and looked at my car and couldn't find the problem so took it to the shop. They worked on it for 6 hours but still couldn't find the problem, and so said they couldn't charge me.

That went very well, after having a very bad experience with another company. They are reasonable, compassable in doing their job, and do a really good job. Overall, they have an A, and I am going to use them in the future.

A tire store said I was in dire need of $700 worth of front-end work on my 2006 Ford Mustang. The mechanics from Arden Village took a look and said everything was within specs. They did not charge any labor for this service (although I would have been happy to pay them for their trouble). I've also been happy with oil changes and other work in the past, although this is my only review of them. Highly recommended.

Brakes were replaced about six months ago. Not sure what was going on, so they adjusted and

Quoted $40 on telephone. After waiting 30 minutes at shop, was told that our model Toyota actually needed synthetic oil, which they didn't know ahead of time even though 2000+ models take synthetic oil. They said the price was increased to $71 which was well above the Toyota dealer who only wanted $24. We chose to not have Arden Village do the service since we didn't trust their knowledge of Toyota cars.

Called and ask when I could leave my truck and they told me to bring it on over after I got off of work and that they would be there until 8:00 to check it in. I had it towed over after work and they took it and said they would call next day and let me know what was wrong with it. They called the next day and let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost. They had it done by the time I got off of work the next day. This is not not the first time they have worked on my truck and it probably won't be the last as it is getting pretty old, 16 years. But I trust them completly and so do my daughters who also take their cars there.

My mom uses them, we use them, and our kids use them. There work is very good and their quality of work is good. They are the nicest people and it is a family owned business. They are very nice people to deal with. I find them to be very honest and courteous. They will give you a ride home if you need one and they will come pick you up. For us it is very convenient and close by. They stand behind their work. They are a company that I highly recommend. I think that they might be a little bit pricey compared to someone else, but to me it is worth it, to know that I am getting good service. Price varies according to services. The car is always done when they say that it is going to be done. It is so nice to take my car to someone who is so honest. We take all of our cars to them.

He is an amazing guy. Very personable guy. Very honest. He is dynamite. They offer you a ride home if need be. Our whole family has used them for over twenty year.

Saved us from possibly making a mistake.. On 6/30/12 my wife and I stopped at the shop to get a pre-purchase inspection on a car we were thinking about buying. We got there and didn’t have to wait long at all before we were helped by Steve, the manager who was friendly and knowledgeable. The car was a 2002 VW Cabriolet. We had concerns about the make and model of the car and asked Steve for his opinion before going into a full on inspection. He went above and beyond our expectations. He looked up what kind of factory recalls the vehicle has had and explained the types of problems he’s seen with similar cars coming into his shop. He went out to the car, popped the hood and gave it a quick visual inspection. The car was also a convertible. With us never owning a convertible before, he was happy to give us some of the pro’s and con’s to owning one. We were able to determine that the car wasn’t for us based on what he told us and when I asked him how much I owed him, he said “nothing!”. This is a great shop, the wife and I would definitely go back. Even though we didn’t pay anything, the price he quoted was reasonable. $110.00 per hour for inspection.

They only did exactly what we wanted to do and they didn’t try to up-sell us. The price was reasonable and the service was prompt.

My engine was overheating so I looked on Angie's List and got auto repair. I went out to the company and they provided the services. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price and my car was delivered when promised.

I found that they responded immediately since it was an emergency. They were able to pinpoint the problem VERY QUICKLY. Their estimate was very fair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I would definitely us their services again.

If you know exactly what service you want you will get great service. Not sure about estimates and general service.

Very well. Being a female I have a high level of skepticism about any auto repair facility. I have almost always used Dealers just so I knew there was a chain of command, but the prices were ridiculous. Arden Service gave me great service, on time, and everything was done very well. Their pricing seemed about 10 -20 % lower than what I would have spent at a dealer. I will be using them again.

They have been around for over 50 years. The dad owned it, and now the son does. They are cheaper than the dealer and do a really good job. They use good quality parts and are very honest with their customers. They aren't commission based, so they don't sell things that aren't needed.

They are very good. They know what they are doing. They are experts in the business. They do everything real well.

THE SERVICE AND REPAIR DONE ON OUR 2000 NISSAN QUEST VAN WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND TO OUR SATISFACTION. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK DONE THIS TIME AND/OR IN THE PAST.
