All Star Plumbing Sacramento

Our garbage disposal was broken. They came and fixed it.  I have no complaints

It was fine. It involved my toilet so I didn't want to know, smell or see much. I didn't so I was happy.

I had done a serch for sacramento plumbers and choose all star plumbing. I have a couple of homes in the area and needed a water heater at one and sewer main line clog removal at another. I did reserch other companys as well. I found All star to be the least expensive. I know that the saying goes you get what you pay for. But so not true with them even though I spent much less with them than I would have with the other companies I recieved excilent service. Their techs are knowladgeable, polite and very professional. I am so happy that I found a trustful plumber. I will never use any other company again. Cuddos to All Star and thank you for making my disaster nothing more than a plesant experiance.

Each step of the way Ed told me what he has doing and why he was doing it. Then he said, if this doesn't fix the problem, we'll try xyz. I felt well-informed every step of the way and understood the cost along the way as well.

They were fine and nice, but their price was just quite a bit higher. It was double of what we ended up paying. My husband was the one that dealt with them, but I think that their responsiveness was good and their punctuality was fine. This was not a routine plumbing job like fixing toilets, unplugging stuff and installing faucets; so we used the guys that had done the construction on our house a couple of months ago. I would probably not use them in the future just because of their prices.

So All Star Plumbing Sacramento came out with in a hour they tried to unclogg the sewer line but they were having no luck so they had to bring out the camera and see what was going on and they found crushed pipe from a big tree we have in our front yard, the even recorded on dvd the inside of the pipe to try and get our insurance to pay for the job. So after they located the spot we talked about a price then we agreed and off they went after our signature of course. By the end of the day they had every thing dug up and in no time they had the bad section of sewer done up. They had the inspector out the next day and passed inspection. So it was a great job done by All Star Plumbing, Oh by the way these guys are my new plumber for both my homes one in Carmichael and one in Sacramento. Thanks agan Al Star (p.s. these guys are real fun to work with)

It was as pleasant of an experience as I could have hoped during this anxious time. The accident occured in the morning at about 6 am. I called AllStar at 9:30 in the morning and they had a technician (Jeremy) at my door by 10:15. Jeremy was very professional and personable. He entered the crawlspace and navigated it without complaint or difficulty. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate. His skill and expertise showed in that he knew exactly what needed to be done, how to do it and was able to explain the process and much more while he was there. He was able to accomplish the job despite a small workspace and did it relatively quickly. The result was fantastic. Thank you very much

Overall wow it went perfect. They came over (they meaning Marc and Ryan) and one of them started draining the old Water Heater and one explained step by step exactly what they were doing. Which I really thought was great. I love how clean and organized they were. Also very professional. Half way thru the job they stopped the work and came and got to explain the rest of the job. "great" So they finished the job up and the work was clean, up to code, and these tankless water heater are the way to go. Im actually able to use my master bath tub, usually its cold half way thru. Not any more. Yeah!! So again I definatelly reccoment All Star Plumbing. These guys are great.

They arrived when they said they would be there, they didn't nickel and dime me, they were quick and eficient and the end result is fantastic. I will recomend them to anyone who is in need of a plumber
