Alex Perez Roofing was performing a roofing repair down my street and I personally met with Alex Perez to review my roof leak and provide a solution. Very nice man and he provided a thorough in-depth analysis and what needed to be done. The work occurred efficiently without incident. BUT, the rains had all but stopped so the roof repair was never tested until a year later. When the seasonal rains commenced the following year, there was still a leak. I called Alex and he did not hesitate to deploy an expert crew to fix the problem. He is a man of his word and I highly recommend him and his company. I will use them again!! Bill in Davis, CA

We had a leaky roof and needed someone to come over to give it a look. Alex replied very quickly and said he could come out and at least tarp if needed. Due to another commit he couldn't get to our house for 3 days. When he got here he and his crew took pictures of the damage and gave me a quote. He then came out the next day, fixed the leak and took "after" pics. Good guy/good work.

Alex did a great job within a reasonable amount of time. He was at the job when he said he would be there and finished the job. If I ever needed another roof job done, he would b e the one I would call.

Alex Perez Roofing is the company to hire for roofing and gutter cleaning needs! Alex provided a fair estimate to clean our 2-story gutters, spent extra time making sure all dirt/debris from 17 yrs was thoroughly cleared from our downspouts, and he even sealed 2 roof tiles he’d found that were broken.

I left a voicemail message on the weekend and received a call back right away. Alex installed a downspout. He performed a high quality job at a very fair price. We had many questions about our tile roof in general and he took the time to answer all of them with detailed responses. Alex even went so far as to video call with us from the roof so he could show us what he was talking about. He went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely hire him again for all of our roofing needs.

Alex came out to my home on short notice and reviewed my situation right away. Alex and his crew provided me with solutions and provided quality work on our home. We will use them again for all future roof issues.

Alex is awesome. Send out a request, and he was the first to respond in record time. We scheduled an appointment, and he didnt just look at the outline of my gutters but checked the "raceways" where the water travels down my roof. He took pictures and showed me the mess of buildup and problems. I was sold, and scheduled him for the following available time. Not only did he show up on time, he cleaned up and was nice enough to take all my gutter "gifts" with him. He also, per my asking, laid out gutter screens to keep the leaves out. Awesome!!!!

I chose him from the other reviews I saw on HA. He called me the same day I made the request ... actually he called 2 times and left a message. We had some scheduling conflicts because I was going on vacation that same week. I followed up and he confirmed the time. He sent a young man named Milton who did the gutter cleaning and took several pictures of before/after gutter pictures. I asked Milton to note if there were any other roofing related issues while cleaning the gutters. He told me there were a few piles of dirt where the roofing angles met ... that created the risk of pooling up water on the roof. Milton told me it was not a big deal now but it should be addressed in the next year or so ... due to the risk of having a min--damn effect when water would flow down the creases created when my 2nd story roof met the 1st floor roof. He spoke to Alex on the phone ... then Alex and I spoke. The initial estimate for gutter cleaning was $150 for my 2-story stucco home with tile roof ... Alex at first was going to charge me an additional $250 to clean up the piles of dirt ... then changed it to $200 when we both agreed it would be cheaper for both of us to do the clean up now instead of waiting for another time. Milton was at my home from about 11:15 (15 minutes early) to about 1:45. Could I have gotten this work cheaper? Perhaps. However, I felt that Alex is honest, knows his craft (also does roof repairs) and was never out to take advantage of me. Milton also repaired some holes in my gutter with some caulking. So the whole project was $350 for about 3 hours work by one guy with the help of Alex/Supervisor. Found it is hard to find good contractors - honest, knowledgeable that really seek to satisfy their customers. I asked Alex to schedule for next year to clean my gutters again. Hope this helps you determine whether to use him.
