Description of Work: Repaired toilet that would not refill. Repaired water sprinkler that was leaking. Arrived on time, kept informed. Easy to schedule.

Description of Work: Fixed leaking toilet. Attempted easier fix by replacing a valve but needed to order part to fix problem. I was confident in his knowledge and he fixed the problem.

Description of Work: I prepaid for a package to service the plumbing on my toilet, which appeared to have a slow leak. Was impressed with the customer service of the appointment setter. By the time the plumber left, I had spent well over 3 times the amount of my original package price. He replaced all the innards. I later called because the toilet flushes extremely slow (it is a guest bath and rarely gets used). I called them back, and the plumber told me it had nothing to do with his fix, that it was an old toilet (which it is). Funny, the toilet that gets used the most is the master, and it is the same age as the one her repaired. I will not use this company again.

Description of Work: Came to try and figure out which of three Hot Water on D'Mand pumps located under three of my four sinks were not working. Someone else who lives in the house had a sense that the check valves might be sticking. She was correct though could not do the work. The technician who came did not have a good understanding of how the pumps worked. He finally figured out which pump had the bad check valve and he removed it. I asked that the technician crawl under the house to check on an old cast iron pipe that someone who had been there several months ago, doing another job, had mentioned was leaking. The technician was a large man and had trouble getting into the crawl space and back out again. He wasn't able to see very well under the house and couldn't get a handle on the locations of the water lines, though he wanted to redo my system. i decided against it. The cost for the service was high because of his crawling under the house and his need to return to remove the defective pump.
