Description of Work: The service was for an outside faucet replacement, all the guy did was tighten a flow regulator and beat it back to his truck, said he couldn't help me. Should have offered a refund when he couldn't do the job.

Description of Work: I'd previously used another plumber who couldn't get the showers' plumbing cleared with a power-drill, adapted snake, and made it five feet down the drain removing some hair. Tony from Ace Plumbing came the next day, and it took him longer to walk from my front door to my bathroom with his "industrial" snake than it did for him to feed the snake and clear the drain. Even though to me it was blatantly obvious the drain was cleared, he insisted on making sure and we ran the water for five minutes or so. Because of the "deal" and the extremely fast service, the final bill was the best deal I ever received from any plumber in decades. The A+ rating is understatement for Ace Plumbing and Plumber Tony. WOW!
