Description of Work: Had a leaking faucet. It couldn't be fixed. He removed it and I replaced it myself. Seemed kind of expensive for such a quick fix, but I guess that's plumbing for you. They were on time, friendly and explained to install new faucet.

Description of Work: Technician left a couple of rain gutter guards on roof. Follow up call said they would come out and reinstall. Never happened. But gutters are cleaner. Also said would show up after 2 . Got there at 11am instead when I was not home.

Description of Work: They fixed a clogged drain. However, they gave me a quote on another problem I was interested in and charged me for the time to give me quote....I then owed additional money on the Angie's list quote that I had purchased. I felt a bit manipulated by this and overcharged.
