The price ranged from $300 - $700. Just coming out was $69 for 15 minutes and I know he will have to go under the house so we're looking at least $100 for just looking. I was looking for a more narrow estimate.

Terrific - the gentleman was scheduled for a window of 8am - 10am, and arrived at about 8:45am. He was very professional and explained everything to me and my husband. I will definitely be using Ace again (especially since we live in a 30 year old townhouse that is starting to show its age).

The service went well, didn't take long and I think that the plumber was very knowledgable. He did a thorough job and explained to me what needed to be done. He also checked on a previous leak under my sink, cleaned up some existing corrosion and reassured me that it was no longer leaking.

They found my plumbing issue and were in and out quickly.

First off he was over 30 min late. Then when he was done and he came back in and tried to charge more then he was supposed to. It was 1 min after the first 15 min and he tried to charge us for it. It wouldnt have even been after that time if he didnt spend so much time in his truck. I said something to him about it and he mad a smart comment about how that was fine it's just my time. He was very rude about it. He fixed it in the end.

Wait? You mean someone actually answers their phones? Someone actually shows up on time (actually earlier) than they said they would be? Incredible! Unheard of! These guys delivered when others could not. On very short notice as well. I will use them again.

Bret was fantastic. He introduced himself when he came, went right to the task, he gave me options, because it was an older toilet, as to whether we wanted to purchase a new toilet. But he was also able to just fix it. He replaced the seal, didn't leave any mess, and went out of his way to make sure everything was done right. I would have no problem giving him a call back.

Although the crew arrived a few minutes past the noon -2:00p window, they assessed the situation and had my disposal problem taken care of in a few minutes. They even showed me how to deal with the problem myself if it arises again. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Wonderful. I woke up to no hot water and called Ace.. The pilot had gone out and the heater was leaking water..They came out the same day and replaced the heater with a great one. They did all the paper work for the required permit, were punctual and very professional.. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs

The workmanship was fine. I was overcharged and the phone call to the business misquoted the minimum charge. I was told that the service call would be applied to the project if the work was performed. The work was done, but they charged me for the time at my home plus the service charge. Also he sat out in front of my home for 15 minutes and they tried to charge me for that. I called and spoke to manager and was refunded the money in dispute. Be carefull.

Ace Plumbing gave an appointment promptly, was on time and did excellent, efficient work in less time than we expected. We could not be more pleased. Ace will be our plumbers in the future.

It went well and the stopper works fine now. The plumber, Ivan, did an excellent job, and he was friendly, professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to call on him again if needed, and/or refer him to a friend.

Prompt, corteous service. He was very friendly Nd got to work right away. He gave me helpful tips to avid future backups. Was very happy with the service.

The "clog" problem began when I installed a new "Low Flow" toilet in August 2014 in my 1971 home. Ever since then every few months my drains would clog because not enough water from the toilet could flush "everything" all the way through the system. I was explained I have a "negative slope" which probably caused the backup and by adding a new cleanout on that side of the house even I might be able to clean any backup which will happen again. After they replaced the sewer line and added an additional cleanout and then cleaned out the sewer system .... all is good for now.

He was fine and polite, but I wouldn't go back to Ace Plumbing. They charged me significantly more than I thought I should of been charged. The cost of the unit was about half of what I paid and it only took them about 30 minutes to put it in. So that was paying almost $200 for 30 minutes of service.

They fixed everything and now I can get out of my son's shower and into mine. So happy!

The entire project evolved over a three-day period but, remarkably, went swimmingly...thanks to Tony Ferrante. Mr. Ferrante was punctual, courteous, personable, efficient, professional, and expertly effective. He explained everything fully in layman's terms, keeping me informed every step of the way before taking any action that would cost me money. He was a true gem and is now my go-to plumber!!

It was a good experience from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, installed the new lever, and did a good job of answering my questions. The only issue is that the water is still frozen , but he said to be patient and that it will eventually thaw out over time.

Real easy and painless . Called ace plumbing , they came out same day. Id problem and fix it. Plumber was knowlegable and courteous.

I had a steady drip coming from the supply lines to the tank (flex hose) behind my toilet, but because the floor around the toilet stayed wet even when I caught the drip in a container, I suspected something more serious. Ace made my appointment by phone the next day. Ivan, the tech, made a courtesy call at the beginning of the appointed window time, to say he was on his way, and arrived 20 mins later. He replaced the old angle stop, showed me where the threads were bare, and replaced the supply lines (connectors filled with debris). At the point when he found the culprit, he needed to cut a hole in the drywall to access the connection. He described the reason it was necessary, and secured permission to go ahead. He performed a test when all work was complete, all clear, and told me how to get the Angie's list coupon to apply to the bill. He was courteous and informative throughout.

It was done very quickly. They were very careful to keep the area clean.

He was charming, very nice young man. He unclogged 2 drains. He made quick work of it.

Everything went fine. The toilets are working fine. The plumbers were on time and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again in the future and I would recommend them to other members.

When I called they offered same day service but another day was best for me. Robert, the plumber, came during the two hour window we had agreed. He was efficient and competent and I am very pleased with his work.
