It was fine. I think that he took his time coming to me. It was really kind of slow. Overall, he it was fine. He was a nice guy. He didn't look very professional but he did the work.

Their work was pretty good overall but they got things confused and they were overcharging me at first. They got things mixed up and they were trying to overcharge me and I had a hassle trying to get it straightened out. I don't think they have the best record keeping. Their work seemed to be pretty good overall. One guy smelled absolutely horrible but he was a nice guy and he seemed to know his work pretty well. The work was done pretty well but one of them was repairing a bathtub faucet but it's still not working that well. It's not dripping like it was.

They didn't have the supplies that I needed even though I'd emailed them ahead of time. The tech left a lot of items at my home and he had to come back and collect them.

I was concerned that it took too long to heat the water in our shower, and water was running down the drain. Even though we began using a bucket to catch the water and put it on our garden, we felt it took too much water. We also had a relatively new toilet that was dripping water into the bowl after we flushed. He came and inspected the toilet and fixed it. He then inspected the water heater and gave us an estimate of $765 for all the work, with most of it coming for the circulation pump. I thought it was rather expensive, but I wanted it done, and didn't want to have to look for another plumber. I feel like the price was exorbitant, and would not have used him if I had known.

they got the job done. No more leaks. Maybe it was my first time using a plumber, but they did add a lot of disclaimer of liability in the invoice. Overall, I'm happy with the fix.

Received phone call 15 minutes prior to arriving. John Labrum, the plumber arrived on time. He was very professional. He didn't try to hard sell us or suggest more work than I had asked for. Approximately 2 hours were spent doing all of the work. The work was finding the source of a leak, removing and replacing the faucet in the master bathroom. All valves and hoses were replaced because we had very low water flow. Now the water flow is great. John also removed and replaced valve and hose lines in the hallway bathroom because we had a problem with low water flow in that bathroom also. Water flow is much better now. John also inspected the water heater for us. He suggested some clean-up and a new water heater down the road. Throughout the entire job we were given options on what we could do. I really liked that. The job was very pricey! A few days later the leak was discovered again. I called them and they came out right away. The leak was repaired and the P trap was replaced. After the job was done they charged us another $70 for the P trap and labor. The coupon purchased was not really a coupon but a credit applied to the job with a $20 discount. That was deceiving. Total cost of the job was a whopping $700.

They called before they arrived (ahead of the timeframe promised). Arrived on time. Did just what I wanted. My only criticism is that it would have been nice to get a cost estimate before they did the work. That said, they did the work in a timely manner.

The plumber and I'm assuming his apprentice showed up between the time they were slotted. They began their work by installing a water hammer and a new angle stop on the hallway bathroom. The water hammer was $172.00. I told him if he thinks it will solve the problem, go ahead and do it. It did not solve the problem. Then he decided that the toilet in the master bedroom may be the cause of the problem because the incoming line to the toilet was loose. He informed me that he would have to cut the drywall out to secure the line. With much trepidation, I agreed. He anchored the line to the 2x4 behind the drywall and yet it still did not solve the problem. And of course, they do not repair the drywall. Finally, I really impressed upon them that I believe the problem still stems from the toilet in the hallway bathroom. At that point, the apprentice had an idea. He asked me to go to the other bathroom on the other side of the house and flush the toilet. No moaning. Apparently, he turned the intake valve off on the hallway bathroom and there was no moaning. At that point, he determined that the fill valve in the toilet was the problem. They replaced the fill valve and there was no more moaning. So, all I needed was the fill valve replaced in the toilet. Total cost for parts: 2 Angle stops - $21.50 (which I probably didn't need) 1 Fill Valve - $29.70 (which I could probably get for half the cost at any home improvement store) 1 Strap - $.99 (which I probably didn't need) 2 hours of labor - $308.00 1 Service Call Charge - $69.00 (and they were nice enough to knock $20.00 off of that...WooHoo) After they replaced the fill valve, the plumber had the audacity to ask if I still wanted the $172.00 wall hammer. Of course I declined and had him remove it. In the end, a $20.00 part cost me $413.62 (plus the additional cost I'll incur to get my drywall fixed). Maybe a more experienced plumber would have solved the problem in less time. Additionally, I believe Angie's List should state what the billable rates are of the plumbers before they sell you a "special". $38.75 per 15 minutes seems extremely high for relatively inexperienced plumbers. In the end, I believe I paid this company for plumbers that learned on the job. Thank god the apprentice had his idea...god knows how much more this would have cost me. And now, after all that, my hallway bathroom toilet will only flush after the handle is pulled two times. You think they would have tested their work before they left...Geez!!!

The sink does not drip anymore, but the toilet is terrible. The water level is too low and the toilet has to be flushed about 3 times before even a piece of paper is flushed Away. The water bubbles like a fountain when it is flushed and hardly any water comes into the toilet. Not enough to flush away the waste. I called the company to tell them that it has a problem,. The repair man called me at 8am ion May 26th. There was no message and his phone reception was so poor that it was difficult to know that it was from him. However, I am in bed asleep at 8Am so I don't answer the phone at that time anyway. No plan to fix the problem was ever scheduled , so I am going to have call and pay another plumber to fix his poor job. The office manager called me yesterday and sent someone out to check the problem. He determined that the water was too low and he increased the amount of flow. I am satisfied with the job now. He indicated that should I have more problems with the toilet that I should call them and that they would come out and take care of it. He said that he wanted me to satisfied.

Originally called to install a gas line for our gas dryer which we brought from our other house. Turned out our gas line would have needed to be run the entire length of the house to meet code, making the cost $3000. So we just got another dryer and they inspected the pipes under the house, which also needed to be done to answer a question we had from the house inspection.

Uneventful?.the way it should be

Well done exactly as I asked for with accommodations for my arthritic needs. Friendly and knowledgable. Price was fair based nonstandard rates. Good experience. I had a shower head which was not appropriate for my small shower & was sold to me without explaining this (by another company), so installation was difficult. A way was figured out to rig it up so that it was useable. I believe the plumber was Tony.

Josh arrived on time, he was very friendly, he knew his business and went to work installing my new Instant Hot Water Faucet. When he was under the sink he noticed a leak in the supply line and replaced it. He cleaned up the area and when he left I had instant hot water and no water leaks. Perfect!

We found out that it wasn't a pipe leak, but a crack in the grout and problems with the sliding door track. We are now looking for a tile person. The plumber was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and honest. He probably spent 30 minutes here.

The two gentleman showed up within the promised time window. Inspected the kitchen leak and deterimined it was faucet (offered to repair but we declined) then worked on leaking bathroom shower faucet. Removed the old and replaced with new valve and handle. As I had already purchased the replacements, the $69 special covered the visit and labor so no additional charges.

Good service. Identified what the actual problem was. He recommended the faucet hardware be replaced. He was really thoughtful about offering me a couple of options and once he installed it problem was solved.

Service was excellent and I would definitely hire this company again.

Was an OK 5 minute job. Seemed expensive for 5 minutes

I had the parts. He installed for the $75 I had on the Angie's List deal. No additional charge.

Arrived on time, did the work, no complaints or problems. Would use again.

They were excellent and we had a wonderful experience. They did a really good job. They called me when they were coming out and showed up when they said they would.

The plumber was able to figure out the problem with our kitchen faucet. Have now ordered a new one which I will ask them to install as well.
