We called them out because we had used them before and liked their work. We were having problems with some debris back-washing into our toilet because we had them out to clean a clog in the toilet line and after that we started having this weird back flow. So, I called them and I asked them to go under the house because I thought maybe the waste line had sunken. They showed me the picture of that and that there was no problem there except that it was not to code now the way it was configured because the sink and the toilet line went together into a Y and I guess you don't do that. And then, after listening further to my thoughts he said, well, if you decided to, I could lift up the toilet to see what's going on. I said, yeah, go for it and come to find out our toilet was not installed properly with the proper wax ring and that was causing the toilet not to seal and that was causing the problem with the flushing and all of that. So, they fixed that and it's been working great ever since.

John H. came over after I had called to have a shower drain cleared. He was specifically recommended by a friend of ours and I now understand why: he was very prompt, professional and friendly. He was able to complete everything quickly and left my shower clean as if he was never there! Pricing is based on their typical fee and not their TV ad offer I received (keep your eyes peeled!).

I called the main number around 2pm and was given the option of a 4:30pm-6:30pm time slot that day.  Ace arrived about 5pm and was done in about 10 minutes or so.  The techs also answered a few questions I had about this house we just bought.  Very quick, professional and punctual.  I will use them again for sure.

It was terrible. The thing that they advertised was kind of misleading in a way. They had a service call for $69 and I thought that would be for the first hour, and it turned out it was only for the first 30 minutes. Their normal rate was $140 per hour, so $69 for 30 minutes was not a bargain at all. When he handed me the bill, it was $269, and I looked at the bill and it wasn't correct, so I challenged him. It turned out he had charged me an extra $69. He went back and forth with his office, and it got clarified. He didn't come with the faucet, so he had to leave and get the faucet, and he was gone for 35 minutes, and he charged me $75 for going to get it. When he put it in, both faucets turned in the same direction to turn on or off which we have had for 40 years. He put it in and now it turns the opposite direction, so we now have to think every time we take a shower we are going to get burnt. We have to go a different way now. The hot water heater had a drip in it, and I thought he was going to change it out and put a new release valve, but he chose to try to just tap it off, and close with a nipple and let it go with that. When he came he didn't have a nipple and he got it when he went to the plumbing supply place and it wasn't right, so he left the water heater as it was. By that time the water heater had stopped dripping and it hasn't dripped since, so I just had to remove what was there, and put it back. It was a disaster. They charge $140 per hour, and they don't have some of the basic equipment in their truck and they have to go for 30 or 40 minutes to go and get it. They should know what kind of faucets we have if they are working in this particular area. I would not use them again.

I finally realized that the sink was leaking more then I thought so purchased the special $75 service.  The two gentlemen arrived right at the start of the 2 hour window which I appreciated.  They went right to work also noticing how much damage to the fiberboard under the sink which was pretty wet and just crumbled through no fault of theirs.  They assessed the situation, installed my new faucet and made sure nothing was leaking.  They even suggested how to replace the floor part under the sink.  They were in and out in a hour and I now have a new faucet which works great.  The end amount was $129.17 taking off the $75 and the applied $20 of that toward the repair.  After his suggestion about the damaged fiberboard, my son fixed it and now I have a pressure treated plywood under my sink  This whole project was well worth the cost.  They ended up cleaning up everything and taking the whole faucet with them.  Would definitely hire again.

He did a great job. It's hard to schedule appointment because we work. It was nice that he was prompt,, and finished in a timely manner. Did a great a job and would definitely recommend them. We have used them several times and have been happy with their service.

Went very well. Called before arriving, arrived on time; undertook the requested tasks; made a suggestion about improving the refrigerator water line and went to get the needed part; returned, installed it and made the water line operative (this had been a problem for some time); also checked the hot water heater,other faucets and water areas for leaks and corrected a problem on an outside spigot.

The day after I ordered the Big Deal Toney called and came over to install my new faucet.  He was polite, friendly, and professional.  Two hours later I had a new faucet.
