It was terrible. The thing that they advertised was kind of misleading in a way. They had a service call for $69 and I thought that would be for the first hour, and it turned out it was only for the first 30 minutes. Their normal rate was $140 per hour, so $69 for 30 minutes was not a bargain at all. When he handed me the bill, it was $269, and I looked at the bill and it wasn't correct, so I challenged him. It turned out he had charged me an extra $69. He went back and forth with his office, and it got clarified. He didn't come with the faucet, so he had to leave and get the faucet, and he was gone for 35 minutes, and he charged me $75 for going to get it. When he put it in, both faucets turned in the same direction to turn on or off which we have had for 40 years. He put it in and now it turns the opposite direction, so we now have to think every time we take a shower we are going to get burnt. We have to go a different way now. The hot water heater had a drip in it, and I thought he was going to change it out and put a new release valve, but he chose to try to just tap it off, and close with a nipple and let it go with that. When he came he didn't have a nipple and he got it when he went to the plumbing supply place and it wasn't right, so he left the water heater as it was. By that time the water heater had stopped dripping and it hasn't dripped since, so I just had to remove what was there, and put it back. It was a disaster. They charge $140 per hour, and they don't have some of the basic equipment in their truck and they have to go for 30 or 40 minutes to go and get it. They should know what kind of faucets we have if they are working in this particular area. I would not use them again.

I finally realized that the sink was leaking more then I thought so purchased the special $75 service. The two gentlemen arrived right at the start of the 2 hour window which I appreciated. They went right to work also noticing how much damage to the fiberboard under the sink which was pretty wet and just crumbled through no fault of theirs. They assessed the situation, installed my new faucet and made sure nothing was leaking. They even suggested how to replace the floor part under the sink. They were in and out in a hour and I now have a new faucet which works great. The end amount was $129.17 taking off the $75 and the applied $20 of that toward the repair. After his suggestion about the damaged fiberboard, my son fixed it and now I have a pressure treated plywood under my sink This whole project was well worth the cost. They ended up cleaning up everything and taking the whole faucet with them. Would definitely hire again.

He did a great job. It's hard to schedule appointment because we work. It was nice that he was prompt,, and finished in a timely manner. Did a great a job and would definitely recommend them. We have used them several times and have been happy with their service.

Went very well. Called before arriving, arrived on time; undertook the requested tasks; made a suggestion about improving the refrigerator water line and went to get the needed part; returned, installed it and made the water line operative (this had been a problem for some time); also checked the hot water heater,other faucets and water areas for leaks and corrected a problem on an outside spigot.

The day after I ordered the Big Deal Toney called and came over to install my new faucet. He was polite, friendly, and professional. Two hours later I had a new faucet.

They installed a facet in a bathroom. They replaced a blatter to a power flush toilet. The work was fine and they did a good job. I would preferred that they put booties on their feet, but they didn’t.

I wished they would have come in with booties on their feet. I liked that they came prepared and had everything in their truck that they needed.

It went okay. There was an additional cost. It was $150 that I wrote a check for. It was a little more than I hoped to pay. The workers were professional. They weren't overly friendly or anything. They did the job.

Called to fix a leaking toilet - success! However, also worked on a small drip I had with my bathtub. Technician made it much worse - the drip turned into a steady stream of water. Had to have him return and was told I had to rip out my wall to repair the drip because of a faulty part. I believe he is correct, but three visits later, I have a faster drip than I had when I originally called.

The main thing that I wanted him to fix seemed to have fixed itself by the time he got here and then he tried a couple of others. He was going to change a washer or something in my bathroom and the fixture has been there for 28 years and he couldn't get it off in order to fix it. I think he gave me $20 that I still have that I can still use later because he wasn't here very long. I had him check a toilet too and I thought that there might have been a part that he could have replaced but didn't, he just said, 'No, it's working fine now.'

All I can say, the job went very well. They arrived right on time of the scheduled appointment. Service was done in few minutes. I am completely satisfied with the service done and I will make recommendation to other customer who may need the help to resolve similar problems I encountered. He came in, saw that it was clogged, brought in a snake and unclog get it.

He arrived 5 after the hour, and finished before the hour. I had the faucet myself, and when he saw that I had already purchased the faucet, he seemed a little disgruntled, and said he couldn't guarantee the faucet would work if I was supplying it, I said I understand. He ended up charging me for 1 and a quarter hour. That extra .25 hour cost $38.50. The bill was $192 for labor and $66 for materials, which consisted of four smaller flexible metal tubes. He took $77 off due to me paying for the service call and $20 off for the credit towards repair. The price I ended up paying still ended up being $167.11 even though I purchased the faucet before hand and the big deal, the price sure blew me away.. When he was installing the faucet he mentioned that my hot and cold water were mixed up. After he left I tried out my hot water and hot water wouldn't come out. I called him and he said try it on both sides. He didn't put the hot and cold water back to where they should be, he left them how they were.

I had the discount of 69.00 plus 20.00, so the price ended up to be tolerable. Dominic was professional and timely. Took plenty of time to explain why and what to do. All is working better than before!

This was a $69 big deal purchase. It was fine. I think I paid a little more than the price of the big deal, but I don't remember how much. They came out within a couple of weeks after I bought the deal. The big deal was a good deal but since I had to pay a little extra I would give them a C on price. They were very responsive and easy to work with. They did the work and it was not exactly right, but they came back and took care of it. That is why they did not get the A on the overall category. What happened was they just installed a valve in the wrong position. I noticed that and called them that day. They came back and fixed it. They responded right away, no complaint there.

Paid $69.00 down deal. Total came to the above amount. Friendly, everything went well.

They were quick. It didn't take a long time to get them out there. They had some equipment charges that I ended up having to have that time the guy came out to fix it for real. I can't remember how much it was. At that time I just wanted to have it done. I hope they could improve more and more about fixing the job they are working on and not trying to get me to do other stuff. I was upset with the first trip but the second time was really good because he got it done. They just came out and took care of it. I have nothing to base the price on. I have no idea. I don't know what somebody else would charge.

My initial call was returned within the half hour as the recording said it would. When they called I was told there were two others ahead of me and I would receive a call when they were on their way. They never called or showed up. I tried calling back 5 hours later and left another message. Left me without toilets or shower facilities overnight. Very inconvenient! No call the next morning. I called again and never heard back. Called another company who actually answered the phone and was out and fixed the problem within an hour.

Did the job; impeccably clean; responsive when there was a hiccup. Enjoyable and personnel employees, both in the office and in the field.

Well! Was done in 10-15 minutes.

om showed me on his camera where the roots were. He explained to me what needed to be done. He also explained to my husband when he got home. They would have to dig up the cement and put a sleeve in the pipe. Since this was the second time we have had Aroot problem in our sewer lines we decided to put a pipe sleeve in the whole line. every thing was done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Dom was very professional and helpful.

We had a leaking main drain in the basement. Drain was clogged near where our drain joins with the city's main line behind our house. Had some leaking water whenever someone flushed or showered but became a major leak when 3 of us showered one after the other. Must have backed up into the pipes in the basement. Estimate was for $69 for the first 15 minutes and includes inspection/estimate and then there was an additional charge by the quarter hour. Don't recall that quarterly amount but total was $185 to clean out the drain. Not cheap but about what I expected and i'm not going to try to clean out the sewer line myself so good job.

I purchased the Ace Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning $69.95 general service promo. Ace's tech came out today and checked my toilet, which wouldn't flush. I have an old PF2 Energizer, model 150-403. The tech was not familiar with this system and called his office and suppliers. He was told that the unit is obsolete and parts were not available, so he quoted 4 replacements, ranging from $475 to $725. I checked the internet and the unit is obsolete, but there is a replacement kit for $150. He said since he was just giving me a quote he would not charge me and that I now have a credit of $69.95 with Ace. I am requesting a full refund of the 69.95 since no work was done/required. I checked Angie's list and found another contractor offering a new toilet, installed, for $299.

Arrived on time. Turned off main water. Took faucet apart and found a worn part and replace part.. Checked water flow before leaving. 45 minutes total time.
