The gardeners arrived late, with no call, the yards were left messier then when the came, especially the front yard. They blew piles of leaves around, but didn't pick them up!! I asked for 3 barely there trees, literally just started growing, about 2 feet high, to be removed and they didn't do it......And to top it off they left early, at least 20 minutes or so, which would not matter, except I only had 2 hours of paid time.. I don't feel like I got my monies worth at all, it felt like they couldn't get out of here fast enough.

First of all, a warning. These guys are good which means they're busy. You'll want to contact them 3-4 months prior to actually having the work done. Tim reviewed my plans, offered a couple of suggestions, and sent me a bid. The work they did was very good, and I'm thrilled with the result. I'd hire Tim and his crew in a heartbeat.

They were great. On time, professional, all was good. I would use them again. They cleaned up the yard, picked up leaves, and trimmed. Just very interactive with me, making sure everything I wanted was done. They took me out to show me what they did.They worked really hard.

Left one VM on cell phone despite request for e-mail communication, No further communication of any kind. A "landscape company" did not seem appropriate for this project which was well spelled out in the project description.

I received a call about 30 minutes prior to my appointment letting me know they were running late due to some earlier jobs running longer than expected. They showed up a only few minutes late, but were very polite and professional. They spent more time than I expected they would for the amount that I paid, and discussed and addressed several issues, including figuring out a few zones were not even running (I had failed to program them after a power outage a while back). They also replaced and fixed heads and hoses and adjusted the system to increase and decrease watering as they felt appropriate. They did find and point out a few issues they felt should be addressed outside of the scope of the assessment, which I appreciated. Overall I got more than I expected and am overall very pleased with the service provided.

The initial service was done as requested. However, my issue is with the follow up communication or lack of. Took at least two weeks to receive follow up email. And, another 1-2 weeks to receive follow up quote. Couldn't wait any longer, so ended up going with another company for follow up sprinkler service

very well! The guys were professional and quick. I couldn't believe how much work they got done in two hours. I plan to ask them back for some further clean up.

Great guys, hard workers. They did such a good job on the repair that we hired them for general landscape maint. going forward.

I was told that I have a busted pipe in the front. I've been trying to reach out to them to get a summary of the work that was actually done or any information on what time the sprinklers will go off. I called on Tuesday and was told they would follow up with that information and I have yet to hear back from them and I have tried calling several times. I need to know if I need to continue to water my lawn as I have not heard my sprinklers go off. I just need some basic communication with answers to my questions.

The team was awesome!  I used their service via an Angie's List deal.  To be honest, I thought they would try to "up-sell" me with other services because this audit and repair price I paid was a deal and most likely discounted.  There was none of that.  I felt completely at ease talking to them and asking some questions.  They were professional, on time (even early), and very easy to talk to.  There was no pressure to revamp my system which is nearly 20 years old.  I plan on using their service in the future.  I found out that they clean and inspect gutters.  I will call them for that!

I copied and pasted their "AD" that Angie's list promotes so you can see that it CLEARLY states "lanscaping/yard service" and also "landscaping" by itself further down the list. 

Here's The Deal: 

• $279.00 for four hours of landscaping/yard clean-up
• Four hours of labor (i.e. one worker for four hours /two workers for two hours); additional hours may be purchased at $65/hour
• Debris will be bagged or bundled and left at the client's house for weekly local pickup
• Potential jobs include the following:
• Landscaping
• Yard maintenance
• Shrub and ornamental tree trimming (max height 10 feet)
• Garden weeding
• Mowing
• Edging
• Removal of plants and bushes
• Plant maintenance
• Storm clean-up

Tony and John showed up ahead of the appointment time!  They left early in case there was traffic.  They quickly moved through our front and back yard irrigation systems, adjusting sprayers, replacing defective ones.  They worked fast.  They discovered that two of the valves in the front yard were defective.  They told me it would cost an additional $75 for each valve part and labor.  When all was said and done I got charged $130 for the two because some of the labor was covered by "the deal".  They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and hardworking.  We would call them in the future if we needed to.  They felt the control box, while older, was still performing so no recommendation to replace at this time.

We had very overgrown and woody climbing roses (5) and rosemary bushes (6) that needed severe pruning. A small tree also  needed to have branches cut back from scraping against the house. After reviewing with John (maintenance lead) and Tony what I wanted done, they both immediately set to work. They're a good team and worked steadily the entire time. Tony did a fantastic job of pruning the roses; John managed well their efforts in order to stay within the allotted timeframe and to accomplish the work that had been agreed upon. All the cuttings were bagged for them to haul-away. John took extra effort to make sure that there were no stray cuttings, loose leaves or twigs left on the ground or retaining wall and also did some additional plant clean-up/maintenance. I was very pleased with their quality of work.
