They cleaned my carpet and wool rug at a very reasonable price. They did a good job. The carpet and wool rug are much cleaner. They provided value.

Jim did a very good job. The carpet looks wonderful. He also cleaned my tow recliners which weren't really dirty, but did have cat hair stuck in them. I would not recommended getting your carpet cleaned in winter on a rainy day - it took forever to dry which my cat did not appreciate. I have already recommended Keep It Clean Carpet Care to a friend and will have him to it again come summer.

Would only recommend with these comments. Acceptable price, relatively clean. 1/2 hr late with no phone call, explanation, apology or even acknowledgement. Hoses rubbed against walls and vertical blinds, even though he did have his son with him, who could have been minding the hose. Left water puddles on garage (gym) floor. Fast service once he got started.

Very friendly and considerate of my daughter and maybe a little too much. Even though he was very nice he actually removed my 11 month old daughter's pacifier from her mouth. I really didn't like that it was not very professional and smart. I don't let strangers touch her. It was a very bold move. Overall I am fairly satisfied with the cleaning. I can still see some pet stains that have resurfaced. I know my carpet was bad though, maybe this is normal???

Great job overall. My only suggestion would be that they wear those little shoes covers that doctor's wear in surgery rooms.

Jim was great he did two houses for me. My new house I was moving into, and the rental home I was leaving. His staff was professional and dillegent about their work. When I had a few stubborn stains they came back and made it right. He also gave me a great deal on my second house cleaning.

Jim is an owner/operated business which I believe is the best consideration. Jim was super courteous and takes pride in his work. My carpets look great and his price was equally as good as his service. I would recommend this company to family and friends for sure.

Late for appointment and I did not receive a call which would have helped. Bringing your child to a job is not my idea of professionalism. There was little supervision of the job by an adult while another young man did the cleaning. Furniture was cleaned very nicely and price was right. Perhaps other clients will not have objections as stated above.

I had Keep It Clean do my carpets at the rental we were moving out of and had them clean the tile at the house we just purchased. They showed up on time, they were very professional, quick, easy to work with and affordable.

He did a great job, no problems. I have used him twice. I also sent him to my friend across the street, she was happy also. I give him thumbs up, kept it very clean.
