It well fine.  Was a short visit as nothing was needed on my A/C unit.  Checked wiring, coil, refrigerant and I was told all in good working order.  Technician was pleasant, told me to keep doing what I'm doing as my unit is in good condition.

I spoke with them and let them know that I was having work done and this could change the need for the Big Deal.  It did and I no longer need the Big Deal.

I have named Corey as the Conqueror of Wasps... I had a couple of wasps nests in my unit and Corey was able to get rid of them and not get stung.... Service was great and Corey provided a lot of information.  Highly recommend.

This provider came a few minutes earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise.   He was very pleasant, worked efficiently to find the problem and fixed it.  We would definitely recommend this business to others.

The tech arrived within the quoted time frame and made sure to wear shoe covers when he was inside our home. He answered my questions honestly as I asked him about having our air ducts cleaned, which he easily could have scored more business that way, but he said it wasn't necessary as our house is newly constructed and we change our filters regularly. If we did have an issue it would be a construction issue but he didn't see any reason to have them done.
He cleaned the A/C unit, first asking if it was okay to use the hose, did all the inspection items listed on the Big Deal, filled up the 1 1/2 lbs of refrigerant that our unit was low on and recommended we have that service done annually. He wrote up a detailed list of actions he performed and even though we thought our A/C was working pretty great we forgot how cold it could actually get! Just with that little tune up we'll be saving money on our electric bill because it's freezing now! Thanks Environmental Heating and Air we will DEFINITELY be return customers!

Cory was the technician that came out for my appointment.  He was on time, well groomed and presented himself is a very professional manner.  Cory did a complete inspection on my system and educated me on the age, stage and estimated remaing  life expectancy of the equipment and when is the best time to buy a new system (Don't wait until it dies in the heat of summer).  He did not hard sell me on buying a new system now, but recommended upgrading it withing the next year or two.
Cory also recommended that I move a cabinet that was in front of my air intake and was limiting airflow, causing my system to work harder than it should.  He was very patient with my questions about himself, the company and my equipement. 
This was my very first experience with this company.  After my service call with Cory, I will definitey use them again and will gladly recommend them to my friends!

The service was okay. They were prompt and they did a good job with the cleaning. They were not able to diagnose an issue with the air conditioning system and I called someone else on that but they were fine as far as the cleaning.

Brandy and Corey were great.  Brandy kept me informed of when Corey would arrive at my house so I was able to stay at work until I knew he would arrive.  Corey diagnosed and repaired the problem within just a few minutes.  Great job!

I am very pleased with Environmental Heating and Air Solutions.  Today was a very hot day as was yesterday when it was 106 degrees.  Yesterday I used my air conditioner for the first time this season.  Wouldn't you know it, it didn't cool the house and it reached 89 degrees inside today (Tuesday) so I called Environmental Heating and Air to make an appointment.  As you can guess they are very busy during these hot spells so they couldn't arrange an appointment until Friday.  I agreed on Friday and asked them to give me a call if they had any cancellations.  Within two hours they called and said the technician would be in my area, and he could come TODAY!!!  I was so glad to hear that news!  The man who fixed the A/C is Cory.  He was very professional, friendly and honest.  He gave me a discount because I found the name on Angie's List.  He had my A/C going in about 15 minutes.  He is very efficient and did a great job!!!   Thank you, Cory.  I would definitely recommend him and his company and will call them if I have any other repairs I need.

The providers service tech ( Cory ) arrived on time as scheduled  to Tune -Up  the A/C System.  All of  the components of  the system was inspected and  adjusted as needed . The technician explained  each system  he tested   throughout the inspection and  gave me his knowledge and understanding of the components.  Cory pointed out the areas that  may be a problem in the future  so I will not be surprised  or unprepared  if  there is a system  failure .  I will call the Environmental  Heating   & Air Solutions  Company whenever   I have an A/C  need.  Thank you Mr Evans and Cory for your  caring  service.

Corey arrived on time. He was courteous, and professional. Not knowing a lot about air conditioners, he was very informative. I told him the motor for the fan was running but at times the fan itself would not. He said the outdoor fan motor was making a loud buzzing sound, but still was below max amps. He said that I might have to replace the fan one day. He said he would not recommend it now because it could run another 3 years, or quit tomorrow.  He performed the diagnostic and repaired the loose connection on the capacitor. I also told him the unit start up was hard, and loud. He said the compressor was drawing 108 start amps. He cleaned the condenser coil and filter, recommended I get the start assist kit, which I did. Corey spent about two hours working on my unit. He was great. The only downside was after a few hours, the fan stop working again.  I called Environmental Heating and Air back, and spoke to Corey. I told him what happened and he said he would come back out.  We agreed the fan should be replaced. He managed to get a new outdoor fan motor before the store closed at 5pm, and was back at my house to install it.  It was unfortunate that he had to come back out again, but I know he felt it was his obligation.  Hindsight, I should have had the fan motor replaced the first time he was out. I would definitely hire them again.

Cory was very professional, put booties on when he entered home, explained everything to me, & was very kind & helpful...smart too! I came back from a trip to no air conditioning, & my home warranty service saying they couldn't get someone out for 4 days! I called Environmental Heating & Air, & Heather was so sweet...got me an appointment within a few hours, & they coordinated with my home warranty company so I'll be reimbursed! I will definitely be using them in the future...great company & great employees.

Tech arrived on time.  Did not offer to remove shoes before entering (thus the "B" for professionalism). Checked attic air handler and recommended future fan cleaning. Checked refrigerant level.  Asked to diagnose noise (high pitch whine coming from compressor after it shuts down) but he was unable to pinpoint any problem.  Did not offer to hose out outdoor unit even though this was listed in the services to be performed (perhaps because I do not keep my hose connected to the hose bib so it was not convenient).  Recommended I replace capacitor on fan motor and explained why. I went ahead and had him do it even though the cost represented a 1000% markup over the part. cost.  (worth it to not have to go into the attic myself) 
If I ever need major repair I would use this company again.

I think his name is Sergio. He arrived 15 minutes early and called to see if we were home because we had run a errand. We were only down the street so he didn't have to wait He put on shoe covers before entering our house. He inspected our air conditioner and he didn't like the way the condenser was installed by the previous contractor that serviced the unit, so he moved it. When he was finished he did not try to sell us anything, because the unit was in good shape. The unit was loud before he serviced it and now it is so quiet we can hardly tell it's running.

Prompt, reliable and honest in his assessment.  When I decide to get a new AC system I'll ask them for a bid.

Personable, yet professional, from start to finish. This was a pushback against all the nightmare stories some of us have had the misfortune to experience with the building trades. The technicians arrived on time, each having many years of installation experience. My home is my castle, and the respect for it was evident. The technicians wore booties and used drop cloths to cover areas from the entrance point to the attic where they were working. "Leave it as you found it," including vacuuming, was just another gold star for these guys.

Obviously the owner, Matt Evans, has very high standards for his employees wearing Environmental Heating and Air Conditioning shirts. In summary, you as their client do nothing. All permits, fees, and inspection/certificates of field verification and diagnostic testing to insure there are no bugs in the system were provided by Environmental Heating and Air Conditioning, and the price was right. Can't imagine a more positive experience than the one I had with Environmental Heating and Air Conditioning.
