Our diagnosis fee is $89, this fee includes the technician coming to your home, conducting the diagnostic, providing you a written work order with the findings and the price options for repair. Great job and I highly recommend their services.
After cleaning and tuning up my AC, the technician discussed with me long run decisions on when to replace my aging air conditioner. He gave me even-handed advice and seemed very knowledgeable.

We, as a company, were trying to address the needs of customers who did not have any A/C during 100+ degree weather and unfortunately that caused a delay in the installation of your new system. "Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred during this appointment. I did pull up your work order from your service that was completed 7/8/2014 in which case Cory noted that he did check the refrigerant levels and there was no mention of the refrigerant being low. He did however make note on the work order that the unit is freezing up due to being over worked and being ran for long periods of time, he also recommended that a filter be changed in the home. The refrigerant is included in the Angie’s List Tune up special as needed; if the refrigerant levels are within normal manufacturer range we are not permitted to add more refrigerant. Doing so causes the unit to run at increased pressure and could potentially damage the unit. Went very well. They called on Monday and scheduled an appt. for Wed the 27th. The technician ran a little late, but they called to inform me and were on it. Sergio arrived and was awesome. Explained everything and was very thorough. I was very happy with.
