Great! It was amazingly fast & I was very well-educated by the professionals on my various options. They wanted me to decide if I wanted to pay for a full unit, but in the meanwhile, fixed my A/C in the heat of summer & did not charge me for this since they came back two days later & installed a new HVAC unit. Very professional. Very detail & customer-service oriented. Recommend HIGHLY!.

I was extremely pleased and satisfied at the installation of my new heating and air conditioning system today. The team arrived when they said they would, they explained the process completely, they worked straight through with no breaks, and were very polite and professional. Upon completion they went through the system with me and explained the documentation and warranty information. They cleaned up completely and vacuumed all of the necessary areas where debris had fallen from the ceiling. Great job and I highly recommend their services.

The Tech examined all the functional components in the system. He gave good advice on what to watch for regarding any pending component failures. He also made recommendations regarding future component replacements to preempt failure. He cleaned the A/C and the surround area. He was on-time, courteous and professional. I would recommend this company.

I bought the $59.00 refrigerant +AC tune-up, knowing full well that we'd need a lot more than that. Our unit had been leaking and the back had actually come off. The technician came out the very next day - on time and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He gave us a synopsis of what needed to be done, but didn't start work until we okayed it. We were very happy with the finished product!

After cleaning and tuning up my AC, the technician discussed with me long run decisions on when to replace my aging air conditioner. He gave me even-handed advice and seemed very knowledgeable.

When they came to get the tune up completed, they said I needed my entire unit replaced. I did end up getting it replaced eventually.

overall i was dissatisfied as the provider did not tell me the truth.

I originally signed up for a system inspection and freon addition. The first rep did some cleaning of units outdoor coils and inspection of main indoor heater/air conditioner and thermostat. He said the system was in great condition. He did not add any freon. Within 1 week the thermostat would not work. I called the company back and they were very helpful and had a different technician come out the same day. He called me at work and said the thermostat needed to be replaced and gave me an upgraded thermostat for a special price and now the unit is working great.

The technician was punctual and professional. I watched him perform the service on our A/C and he explained everything about the tune-up as he was performing it. Our AC hadn't been serviced in at least 5 years. He determined that it needed some additional refrigerant and added a small amount. A/C actually appeared noticeably cooler after the service. I would use the company again.

Went very well. They called on Monday and scheduled an appt. for Wed the 27th. The technician ran a little late, but they called to inform me and were on it. Sergio arrived and was awesome. Explained everything and was very thorough. I was very happy with.

It was crazy hot outside but he didn't even make mention. He was very polite and respectful of wiping his feet and making sure he didn't make a mess.

They found that my HVAC system wasn’t functional at all and they were able to perform the maintance to make it last a few days, and then replaced the whole unit. They replaced the unit the next day.

Service person arrived on time and was very thorough - explained everything he was doing and did not try to sell me anything.

We knew something was going on with our A/C in the house, and so I looked on Angie's List and saw their deal for a tune up, and I purchased it. After purchasing it on a Saturday, I got an email on Sunday to schedule the appointment. I was thrilled to see that we got such a quick response. But, we also figured out that we actually had a MUCH bigger deal than just a simple tune up issue and needed them to come out a lot sooner because the unit just wouldn't turn on at all. After they talked to my wife, they said they'd be out between 5 and 8 that night. When I got home at 4:30, they were already there, he had easily diagnosed it, and the whole job was done in about 30 minutes. We'll have them back out to do the tune up at a later time, but they were quick, easy to work with, efficient, and did a great job. Thanks!!!!!

They were fantastic. They were spot on. They have been out for service. They were very professional and courteous. They were timely. They gave a window from 9 to 1. I asked them to call on their way because I have dogs and I could secure the dogs. The guy called around 8.35 and said he would be here in 10 minutes. He was early, which was wonderful. Some people give 4-hour window, but Environmental were very quick with scheduling in coming out. They were prompt. They were efficient, effective, knowledgeable and professional. They were anything I wanted. I was very impressed. They were wonderful.

The service went fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. It took them about 40 minutes to complete the service. The technician was very professional and was able to explain everything very well. I have an older unit and he clearly explained the options between replacing and repairing the unit. It was easy to contact the company and scheduling was done online.

They were able to come a day early to replace my air conditioner. The team was courteous and efficient and too care of small things like asking if they needed to take shoes off in my house and vacuuming excess insulation from the attic. The did the full replacement in under 4 hours and ensured everything was working fine and the house was cooling off before they left.

The service went okay. They told us there was an issue with the AC. They did not honor the deal, however, because they said they did not do a tune up. We did not actually have them repair the AC issues. I had no complaints on the technician and he did the work on a rental property so I was not there when he came out. I had no issues with scheduling.

They were super friendly, helpful and gave me a FANTABULOUS price for a high-efficiency heat pump. The service was prompt and friendly. I will be replacing my last 2 units with EHS....SO GLAD I found them on Angie's List... THANK YOU!

They just checked the A/C. They could not add the refrigerant due to me having a different system. It was a bit misleading.

Once again, Environmental Heating and Air is just the best. Sergio was our tech last year and came for this appointment. He is punctual, professional, knows his stuff, etc. etc.! Can't recommend this company enough.
