Pleasant guy, appeared to know what he doing.

Stated I did not need additional refrigant gas.

Only inspection was performed, not other services that were advertised with the promotion. No cleaning. Looked at coils, etc. Told me everything he thought was wrong with unit and repairs estimate, which was very high. My overall impression was that they were trying to sell me a new unit.
The unit was old, granted, but I at least expected him to do coil cleaning and replace some refrigerant even though there "might be a leak."

My unit is 26 years old so there was not much he could do that would not cost.  If they took apart the unit in the garage they could have thoroughly cleaned it but the expense was up there, $700 or so. Just not ready to do that yet.

The technician was very good and helpful.

My wife was home when the specialist came out.  They were super nice and very informative.  Unfortunately, I don't remember as
many details because I was not home to speak to the specialist.  Very satisfied with the timeliness and professionalism.

Overall the service performed was fine, but I believe they were very misleading with their coupon.  It said "service + one hour of labor".  I prepaid for the coupon.  After the service, I was charged for labor.  When I called to complain I felt the coupon included labor by the way it was worded, I was told someone would get back to me.  They never called back.  Just bad customer service in my opinion.

Technician did an evaluation of the HVAC system.   Took the technician about 1/2 hour of his time and basically recommeded we needed to think about replacing the system.   That was it.

I would recommend this company to family and friends.  He was not pushy.  Very polite. Explained our options in case we needed to replace our A/C unit.

I was disappointed because I live in a modest sized house, it is just 1500 sq ft, but the tech said  that for the top of the line unit or I forget the exact term that he used, that  it was something like $17000. It just put me off because it was so much money and all I wanted was a tuneup. I would not do business with that company again because it just seemed like a bait and switch. They wanted to get in the house to tell you that you needed a complete replacement. And that might not be what it was, but that is what it felt like.  My husband was home, I work during the day and my husband is retired so he was home with him but they didn't leave the refrigerant to my knowledge. The price of the service if they would have provided it would have been great but they didn't provide the service. I don't think he did what the price included in the ad. They were very busy for that time of year but they got back to us right away and scheduled as soon as they could, so responsiveness was very good. I wasn't home but I would say they came when they said they would. I think what they did speaks to their professionalism or lack thereof.
