Amazing. I’ve taken my dog here ever since we moved to Roseville. In 2018, my dog stopped eating and drinking. Dr. Joseph and her awesome team never gave up in trying to determine the cause and they successfully did. I trust their advice to the max. It is an honor to speak on their behalf.

Their price was not cheap. I used them due to their proximity. They are knowledgeable and perfect with my pet.

Great. The dr. gave me some birdie aspirin and assured me nothing was seriously wrong and thought my bird had probably just got her talon caught on the blanket I use to cover her cage with.

Everything was fine. I thought they were overpriced.

My parakeet had been acting very lethargic for a while, but the final straw was when she stopped eating completely. The doctor I saw at the Bird and Pet Clinic was very knowledgable and spent a considerable amount of time examining her, then explaining to me all of my options. She advised specific treatments, but didn't push them, being very understanding of my financial situation. I proceeded to administer the antibiotics and special diet she prescribed for about 10 days.
My bird is much better so her hunch must have been correct! :) A little pricey, but I understand they are specialty veterinarians who demand more reimbursement for their skill sets. Good experience and I would use them again if, God forbid, the need again arises.

We had a first visit for our cat after moving to Roseville, and were pleased with the service. The people are all very friendly and helpful, and our cat had a minimum of discomfort. I felt it was a bit pricey, but as long as the service remains top-notch, that won't be a problem.

They are very professional. They are real good, and gentle. They know what they are doing, and they know how to handle a bird. For an avian vet, their price is excellent. They are very good, I did not have any problem with their quality of service. I never had a problem getting an appointment with them.

I love him.  He didn't charge me for coming to my house.  The shot itself was $20 or $30 dollars.  I will most definitely continue to see him.

Dr. Joseph's quarterly checkups and blood tests and three consistently prescribed medications have kept my dear Agent Orange, who is an elderly male iguana and a sweetheart inexplicably found in a drainage ditch near a freeway seven years ago, alive, comfortable, and in stable condition despite his irreversible septic arthritis.  She always shares with me the details of his lab work because she knows I understand at least some of it and she patiently answers any questions I may have.  Occasionally I've taken other rescue reptiles to her with the same excellent results and have referred other people to her.

Dr Forney is my vet at the Bird and Pet Clinic, he is very compassionate with the animals and listened to my input. The surgery had some possible negative side effects but my dog suffered none of these.. he is very knowledgable and explains things in terms I can understand. At the first surgery I was given the estimate to have both ears done, when I took my dog in for the second surgery the estimate came in $300 higher. I explained that I had already taken a cash advance for both surgeries at the rate quoted and couldn't afford another $300. Shortly after I had voiced my concerns, the receiptionist called to say Dr Forney will honor his original estimate. I am very satisfied with the service this clinic gives me and my dog from the moment we walk in the door until we walk out. I will not take my dog anywhere else.

Because rabbit health issues can be extremely hard to diagnose, it's always a little bit of a guessing game. I've worked with a couple of other vets at this site, and what I've learned is that some are quick to give a diagnosis and charge large amounts of money, without being positive that the diagnosis is correct. I've also had issues with other vets at this site not telling me the whole scope of the charges. For example one prescribed medication that I approved. And only after the rabbit began taking the medication, did I find out that the medicine required follow up blood tests at $50 each. I should have been informed of that before I approved treatment. Dr. Stewart is very clear about charges and follow up. She understands that unfortunately costs have to be taken into consideration. She spends a great deal of time with the animals and answers every question I have. She has treated three of my rabbits and two of my parakeets. I gave less than A grades to price because rabbit care is outrageously expensive compared to dog care, and punctuality because they're always running late (but that's because they don't rush you through the appointment).

They have a few doctors there but the one I like the most is Victoria Josephs. I only saw her twice but she is very patient with dogs and she is also practical and helpful. Anyways it's a group practice and they are all very good. For a regular office visit they charge $52 and then they charge extra for all the shots and blood work.

I am very happy with the quality care my dog gets from these people. The front desk is very attentive and the place is clean and modern. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them only.
