One of the bushes was not taken out as requested by myself. I was told that one of the workers would be over to remove it and he did not show up. I called and was told by Albert, the owner, that a worker would be over the next morning. Again, no show. Update: Albert and a worker did call and show up to remove the roots and the remains of the bush.

Their crew went above and beyond with their clean up. All branches, limbs, and even leaves were removed. They were very respectful of our property. The trimming of our overgrown Stone Pine was beautiful. It went from having branches clear down on the ground to looking like a giant Bonsai tree.

The AA Tree Care Team were fantastic. They arrived on time and were very careful to avoid sprinklers and obstacles that were in the path of their project. They began and completed the massive amount of work that we had right on schedule. After removing 29 mature trees they even raked up the leaves and small sticks that did not make it into the chipper. I highly recommend them.

Albert was quick to respond. He gave me a quote on the spot and his crew came out the following day to remove my tree. Crew was great and clean up was done very well. Price was also very affordable. I would definitely hire them again.
